If you need product urgent it is better to look for another dealer.The store offers which are probably not available and then you have to wait.I have got my battery. But not on time!

Nonostante le recensioni molto scarse ho acquistato per ben 2 volte materiale di consumo per la mia bmw r nine t. i tempi di attesa non sono dei piu' veloci, ma e' sempre arrivato tutto senza problemi e soprattutto i pezzi erano esattamente quelli che avevo ordinato sia per tipologia che per numero. Continuero' ad acquistare da loro

ordered boots on November 20th I refused delivery because they sent wrong size. europe moto told me to refuse delivery so item would be shipped back to them. today is 14th March and i’m still waiting for refund. they no longer answer emails and leave me no choice but to begin legal proceedings. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered two shipments, and it has now been six months and neither of them has arrived. The communication has been extremely poor

Had to pay import duty even though I clicked that I wanted to use the UK company. My parcel has gone for a jolly around Europe, leaving France, then the Netherlands, back to France and now here, where I have had to pay import duty and VAT, although I have already paid this. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Spoken to Motrad, and they are not even a dealer?

Ordering things from abroad is always a bit tricky but they were not prepared to offer any help or guidance. The responses to enquires were short and unhelpful. As per most reviews they are incredibly slow, it was over a week before they even shipped the item, followed by a week in transit to actually arrive.
Ultimately though the item arrived eventually and was as described. I was reluctant to use them because of the reviews but they were much cheaper than anywhere else so if you're prepared to wait and be frustrated for the best price then it's worth it.

Arrivato finalmente il mio prodotto. Quasi 3 mesi per un problema di corriere. In ogni modo appena rientrato in sede lo hanno immediatamente rinviato ed arrivato in tempi brevissimi.

I’ve ordered 3 items now and all arrived safely and as described. They did take up to 3 weeks to arrive which I was prepared for and one item did have import tax, which is standard now we are not in the EU. I also had to return an item as it didn’t fit, my fault but I got a refund within two weeks which again was fine. All in all, they delivered everything they said, communicated well and no issues. You just have to be prepared to wait a little longer for your items and anticipate the import tax on items of higher value.

Do your research on import taxes and you can factor that it. The item still worked out cheaper then I could get from a uk bmw dealer.

This company are silent about the import tax(vat) you have to pay in the UK. I rejected the order when DPD asked for £120 import tax, this was on the 27/1/26. I sent several emails and was treated to a virtual wall of silence, they ghosted me as a customers. Finally money reappeared in my account on the 20/2/26. I will never use again

Esperienza negativa, ordinato valigie vario , tempi lunghi di attesa , mancanza di comunicazione, dopo che hai ordinato spariscono per qualsiasi comunicazione,dopo vari reclami finalmente sono arrivate oggi , che dire … imballaggio a dir poco scandaloso , un cartone mezzo rotto e dentro la valigia avvolta in un panno leggero di celophane ,per una spesa di mille euro e passa , un miracolo che non siano arrivate danneggiate, non mi rivolgerò più a loro sicuramente!

Bestellt wurde eine Innentasche für den hinteren Koffer des BMW-Rollers. Im November. Da wir gerade unterwegs waren, wurde das Produkt zurückgeschickt. Bis heute - Mitte Februar - soll es angeblich noch nicht wieder angekommen sein. Anfragen per Mail wurden ebenfalls nur sehr spärlich, später dann gar nicht mehr beantwortet. Jetzt will ich nur noch das Geld zurück, bestellt wird definitiv woanders, und dort nie wieder.

souhaitant avoir des informations concernant une moto d occasion , certes pas une bmw à 25000 euros mais le commercial n a pas ete a la hauteur de mes attentes et vraiment loin de la , j ai eu besoins de le relancer plusieurs fois sans aucune réponse et comme par hasard ma menace la réveillé !
très déçu de cette concession qui pourtant est grandiose mais pas à mon avis

Yes delivery can take longer than expected. I was waiting about 2 weeks for parts for my s1k to ireland. But all arrived with DPD all in good condition and all OEM.

I was a little put off by the negative reviews but the part I ordered was shipped promptly and I had no issues in the end. I used DHL for an Australian delivery.

Yesterday I received the package in a perfect condition.
The jacket is superb !
I want to thank you for the fast delivery. (within 2 weeks)
I will order some other stuff in the nearby future.

No comprar nada si no tenéis el convencimiento de que os sirva al 100%, error mío comprar un casco…no me sirve y para que me devuelvan el dinero tuve que PERDER 80€ de gastos de envío. 0 comunicación y 0 empatía por el cliente. No compro más en tiendas de este tipo.

I've made my order thinking this was the original BMW site. Next day I read all the reviews here and got a little worried. I waited about a week for the shipment. During that time I received 2 mails from them, apologizing for the delay. At the end I received my order - well packed, original, as described. Everything was perfect.
If I hadn't seen these bad reviews here, I would have been totally calm during that period. Delays are normal. And the people did their best to explain it politely.

Compre una Topcase maleta para BMW 1250 Gs no era la Top case que acoplaba a la moto, después de haber pagado 600 euros. La comunicación fatal, después de batallar con ellos y amenazar en denunciar a la oficina de consumo. Tres meses después se dignaron a devolver el dinero menos el envío. No contestan los email y la comunicación es difícil al ser una empresa Francesa. No me devolvían el dinero por qué decían que me faltaba dos arandelas y un tornillo. Que logré conseguir en la casa oficial BMW de Jaén. Lo pasé fatal pero los incordie bastante y al final accedieron a devolver el dinero. Pero fue bastante complicado y con amenazas por mi parte. Ni loca vuelvo yo a comprar ahí. Al final la devolución con sus gastos de envío me costó la broma perder 100 euros.

If you absolutely must order, pay with a credit card.
the card company refunds the payment and finally ends cooperation with the fraudulent company.
