⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic trip and were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Booking our catamaran through Boataround was really easy and uncomplicated. Communication was quick, friendly and straightforward, which made the whole process very relaxed.

The catamaran itself was perfect for our trip and we had a great time on board. The charter company was also excellent. Whenever we had a question or a small problem, they were immediately available and helped us quickly and professionally.

Overall, everything worked out really well and we had an amazing trip. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine for us.

A big thank you to Boataround and the charter company! We would definitely book again and can highly recommend Boataround. 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich habe schon viele Jahre über Boataround gebucht und man hat auch bei Problemen immer eine Lösung gefunden. Dafür die 3 Sterne.
Boataround wirbt mit Bestpreisgarantie, die mir dieses Jahr allerdings nicht gewährt wurde. Erst wurde ich bei 2 Anfragen nicht zurückgerufen bzw. es wurde auch per Mail nicht geantwortet. Durch hartnäckiges Anrufen meinerseits habe ich dann endlich einen Mitarbeiter persönlich gesprochen. Er meinte, die Preispolitik würde man nicht mehr verfolgen. Leute, dann werbt damit nicht mehr. Habe die selbe Yacht bei einem anderen Vermittler um 200,- Euro günstiger bekommen. Der Törn war letzte Woche und es hat mit dem anderen Vercharterer alles super geklappt. Ihr habt einen Kunden verloren!

Ich habe bisher 5 mal über Boataround gechartert und wurde jedesmal schnell und kompetent betreut. Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet und der angebotene Preis war gut.

Kann nichts negatives berichten und buche gerne wieder.

Our experience with Boataround has been absolutely perfect. We have rented a boat through them for the third year in a row now, and everything has always been flawless. We have never encountered any issues with the boats, the communication, or the check-in process with the respective charter companies.

We chartered a Hanse 590 "Johanna" with both around in Croatia and took advantage of the skipper seervice, which was really great because he knew all the places the boat was in perfect condition and we had a wonderful holiday. Very well organized by Boataround and their partners

Hallo. Sowohl die Abwicklung als auch das Kundenservice waren ausgezeichnet. Das Boot war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Man kann Boat Around auch telefonisch erreichen für Rückfragen. Ich kann diese Agentur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Bernd

Bad experience for us with Boataround: the boat booked 3 months in advance was cancelled, no adequate replacement was proposed (either completely different location, either older boats), communication with delays 3 days before charter and not much eagerness to resolve the issue caused by them. Moreover we had to cover the difference in price not to ruin the whole trip. Charter company told us that Boataround are not reliable, bad communication, late or missed payments. Try to avoid these guys

Boataround hat eine gute Übersicht und Auswahlmöglichkeit über die relevanten Boote. Ich finde besonders die Darstellung sehr übersichtlich und bekomme mit der transparenten Bewertung auch schnell eine gute Prioritätenliste.

Een boot huren via Boataround ? Doe dat maar niet.
Dit is wat mij overkwam:
In augustus 2025 boekte ik een zeilboot voor een week vakantie op Ibiza in september 2026. Op vraag van Boataround betaalde ik het volledige bedrag bij de boeking. Ik boekte al eerdere via hen en had er het volste vertrouwen in.
De vluchten werden geboekt, de plannen lagen vast en mijn familie en vrienden keken heel lang uit naar een onvergetelijk zeilavontuur.
Toen we aankwamen in de haven van Ibiza, vertelde het verhuurbedrijf ons dat er geen reservering was. Waarom? Omdat Boataround deze in november 2025 had geannuleerd, zonder mij daarvan op de hoogte te brengen. Sterker nog, zij hadden het verhuurbedrijf nooit betaald, maar mijn geld wel gewoon gehouden.
Daar stonden we dan, op een zaterdagavond op Ibiza, zonder boot en zonder oplossing. Boataround liet ons volledig aan ons lot over. Hoewel ze uiteindelijk mijn initiële betaling hebben teruggestort (een jaar later!), hebben ze geen enkele compensatie aangeboden voor de chaos die ze hebben veroorzaakt. Een schande.
Helaas ben ik ook niet de enige. Een snelle blik op hun reviews laat zien dat er recent meerdere verhalen zijn die sterk lijken op het mijne.
Dus blijf er zo ver mogelijk vandaan is mijn advies

The booking assistance by Boataround Slovakia was great and Mr. Ondrej was super helpful. Some of the info on the website is not up to date so best to call and confirm with the helpful staff.
