Great experience. I had a new gas boiler installed by Harrison Boiler +install . I chose their services due to the " hassle free " reputation they have . They carried out a site survey, followed by a fixed price and the Boiler was installed on the agreed date . Excellent workmanship , very neat and tidy

We had a new boiler fitted in 2022 by Harrison Boiler + Install and today was our second yearly service. The experience as a whole was so straightforward and easy. The technician that came over to inspect our boiler talked us through the entire process and was extremely professional and polite throughout

Harrison Boiler and Install were great at listening to what I wanted for my home and took into consideration future plans. Their quotes were fair and the whole experience was very transparent and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, thanks especially to Danny and Chris for making it all happen so quickly and efficiently.

Replacing my old boiler took a long time, but this was to do with factors outside the control of Harrison Boiler. They accommodated my delays with extreme patience, kept me well informed during the process and were always quickly available if I had any queries. The fitter did an excellent job, working in a difficult location. I am delighted to give them a good review.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from these guys. I needed a new boiler installed after a previous engineer messed me about trying to fix my existing one. Josh was very helpful in providing a quote over the phone and explaining the different options. The quote itself was half the price of others I'd received. They were attentive to our needs to have it installed quickly, and the Chris did an excellent job navigating a couple of unforeseen issues on the day. Overall a fantastic company to work with.

They were very quick, responsive and transparent. Chris, the boiler engineer came to fixed the boiler next day, was also very efficient, kind and able to do his job carefully. He had not only the knowledge but also vision and care.

Absolutely brilliant. We thought we were going to have problems because the job was not straightforward but the engineer found a solution and completed the work in a very professional manor. Clean and tidy working at all times.

Extremely knowledgeable team, Danny talked me through my options, Dale was great at getting a time organised for us and Chris did a superb job on the instalment. Would recommend giving them a call even if you have a slightly lower quote from elsewhere as they made me feel like a valued customer and built a deal around exactly what I needed.

Following a useless repair carried out by another company on our 16 yo boiler, they recommended a replacement. Their quote was still higher than Harrison Boiler + Install’s despite us asking for a discount for spending £900 on nothing so we naturally lost faith in them. Danny was brilliant and very quick at giving us 3 reasonable quotes on 3 different brands that would suit our needs. I loved that he could do this following a videochat, so we didn’t have to book in an engineer visit either to get our quotes. We got booked in for the replacement within a few days. Martin was very nice and professional, he worked very efficiently and all was done by the time I got back from home. I’d definitely use them again! Many thanks for the high standard of service, highly recommended!

There was no heating no hot water.
Dale understood the problem straight away and guided me via WhatsApp video call to release the water pressure.
Boiler is back to normal.

From initial consultation to installation, we received absolutely amazing service and support. Danny helped us choose between 3 boiler options based on our house size and needs, ensuring to future-proof for any developments and then he supported us by ensuring installation was booked in quickly.
Chris came to install over two days, removing a series of tanks and an immersion cylinder and he was incredible. He worked so fast and neatly, even though there was some disruption from our builders, he made a plan. I couldn't recommend this company enough! We are extremely happy with our new combi boiler which is sure to last us many years to come!

Professional, quick, reliable and neat service.
Danny gave very helpful and competent via video call where he assessed my local situation and walked me through my (limited) options. He was very patiently answering to my questions and concerns via WhatsApp. Once I had decided to go ahead, the whole thing was done very swiftly. Chris, most friendly and polite, who installed the new immersion heater, worked several hours without a break and left the site clean and in order. He explained the device and immersion control to me.
Shame they only do boilers, I would hire them for every plumbing job in the future!

Danny came who was very friendly and easy to chat with. He helped with the boiler and explained how the radiators worked, as we didn't have them in Australia. He also showed how to resolve pressure on the boiler, and was easily contactable on WhatsApp.

Enquiry about options for solving the boiler issue was dealt with promptly. Danny was the first portal of call and he expedited the process. Quotes and early appointment were given for boiler replacement. Work was carried out in a professional manner. Post work queries were answered promptly by Danny and sorted quickly. I would recommend Harrison boilers anyday!
