Enquiry about options for solving the boiler issue was dealt with promptly. Danny was the first portal of call and he expedited the process. Quotes and early appointment were given for boiler replacement. Work was carried out in a professional manner. Post work queries were answered promptly by Danny and sorted quickly. I would recommend Harrison boilers anyday!

Terrible experience pipework was not fitted where it should be. We have called them back numerous times to repair leaks our new carpets were soaked through. Wrong size radiator was sent for one room and another not ordered. Each day a different engineer turned up and moaned about the previous one. I have old pipework hanging through my ceiling one pipe was fitted over the plug of an appliance we wanted to move and we couldn’t get the plug out! and to top it all they started a fire in our loft. We have never even had an apology it has been an appalling experience from beginning to end. Work started 19 March and dragged on and on as we had to keep having repairs done. Then we had to find someone to take rubbish away as they left old radiators etc behind and only took what could be sold ie new tank. Please look for another company I would hate for others to go through the stress and upset we are still going through and paying for. In response to your untruthful reply I am sending you videos and photos to prove the point and if the problems I have mentioned were not true why has the main perpetrator left your company. I do have more issues including the bathroom leak and there were no boxes in there. The box in the bedroom was much lower than the leaking valve and didn’t touch it. Being underneath is why it filled with water. You have seen the video and I still have it. We now have to pay a carpenter to box in your unsightly pipework or pay another plumber to correct it. I can go back to the refuse company and get a statement from them as to what they collected. We had to pay to have it all removed. Anything of value was taken the new immersion tank copper pipework etc but a pile of our old radiators cardboard from the new ones. Plastic old fittings all sorts piled by the front door it was an absolute mess. We were left with this plus a boiler that sounded like it was going to explode another leak in the bathroom. Brand new sodden carpet. And hideous pipework that does not need to be on show and old pipework hanging out the ceiling an absolute shambles and that’s without the roof ceilings and flooring damage the fire caused. It was in the are where the work was being done I have photos of that and so does the fire investigators. All we wanted was the work corrected and an apology. To date we have had neither. We have been left in a worse state than when you started and that is not right. I have had boiler repaired and a few other issues pointed out to me on how it was left. So there are plenty of witnesses and photographic evidence. No point in denying what we have suffered.

You rarely need to get a new boiler so it's so easy to get scammed and messed around, but when I spoke to Harrison's I knew they were honest and fair. Did an excellent job, completely understanding while I dealt with a useless insurance company...now I have a greater new boiler with a 10-year manufacturers warranty. Great service! 10/10

Jeff fixed the three radiators very professionally and very quick and was a very nice man had very good customer service.

Although my previous comments were true there was a communication problem and when Danny picked up problems he acted very professional and the problems were solved. I would definitely give this company a 5 star plus and you cannot do any better than hiring them for any work they advertise.

Harrison Boiler + Install fitted a Vaillant ecoFIT pure condensing gas boiler. This replaced a gas Baxi back boiler in my sitting room fireplace that had lasted 46 years. At my suggestion Chris tucked it away in the top corner of the sitting room so it is quite inconspicuous & involved a minimum of additional pipework which he did a good job of concealing. He did a very neat job, removed and disposed of the old boiler & now it's hardly noticeable.

From my first contact with Harrison’s to the completed installation and follow up courtesy calls from Dale and the team, I have found the experience to be excellent.
Their engineer, Jeff, arrived to for our new Worcester Bosch boiler on time and reassuringly carrying dust sheets, overshoes and protective gear.
He is clearly a very competent professional and I was kept in the loop throughout the installation process.
He finished in good time and we are delighted with our new boiler!
Would I recommend Harrison’s again?

Excellent and clear discussion on options for replacing our failing 12 year old potterton. Reasonable price. Great,trouble free,mess free and fast installation followed by comprehensive briefing from patient young engineer. Only one annual maintenance visit so far but that was as good as the installation and as reasonably priced.

We had problems with our old boiler and the manufacturer could not put it right. I spoke to Dale at Harrisons and he went out of his way yo help us, bearing in mind that we are pensioners on limited budget. He arranged everything for us, even the finance. The fitters came on time took away the old boiler and installed a combe boiler, which is more efficient, they even set up a service plan so we do not have to worry about unexpected bills.Overall we can't find
any fault with Harrisons, and would recommend them every time.

Our boiler decided to stop working so in panic mode, we started searching for the most appropriate and cost effective options. Harrison Boiler+Install team was the 1st to be contacted and they called over the weekend which was really pleasant and unexpected. From the initial discussion over the phone and video call, all was decided within a matter of a day. In the meantime, the other installers were either far more costlier or were not offering the same services. Danny and Dale from Harrison simply managed the entire process and got the new one installed within 24 hours of confirming my order. I would completely recommend Harrison's for their technical knowledge, efficient installation and customer service. The install was carried out neatly and the engineer explained my new boiler and how to control it with Hive.
The whole process was simple and quick including arranging the finance.

I had to replace my boiler so contacted several companies for advice, guidance and quotes.
