A very professional company. On time, polite and thorough. A reasonable charge advised up front

I booked a boiler service using the handy online system which is great as it saves disturbing a tradesman’s busy day. We had accidentally run out of oil after the long cold period into March and rang up the company to warn them as we didn’t want to mislead anyone incase it became more than a simple service.

They rang back that same day and I got a nice guy called Aaron who advised me this can be resolved and should cause no major issue.

On the day of the service my fiancé let the service man in and when I came home he was very pleased with the work and advice given.

The guy who serviced our boiler also complimented our home and my fiancé said they had a lovely chat after the service was complete and even showed him around as they both have a mutual love of Lord of the Rings.

I can’t fault this company; they are friendly and helpful and don’t make you feel embarrassed for not knowing detailed home maintenance info. Really pleased and delighted to book them for next years service!

Easy to book service calls online. I have used for several years and one of the few companies that are interested in repair calls. The engineer is always on time, polite and tidy.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. Troy, their engineer could not have been nicer, explaining every step and his work was very neat and tidy. Stephen was so helpful and ensured our new oil boiler was installed within days, after only having very short notice given to him. Extremely efficient, friendly and excellent work. Can't rate them more highly. Lovely people to work with.

I used Boiler Rapid Repair for the first time having been recommended by a friend. They serviced my Worcester Boiler and kitchen gas hob. The engineer was meticulous in his approach, friendly and answered a number of queries I had. He recommended an additional CO alarm in the kitchen and left the boiler area clean and tidy. The total cost was slightly higher than I paid elsewhere but in terms of value for money I was very happy
