Engineer carried out oil boiler service yesterday. Firstly it was really simple and easy to book boiler service online. The engineer was on time which for me is so important. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was really impressed and happy with his work. And finally, this service was good value and affordable.

Had an 'engineer?'out last week(Troy)to fix my boiler,spent 35 mins looking for problem(On his mobile while looking),couldn't find it,said it could be control box or 'something else?',said he would have to speak to his manager,Left and I was never contacted again!
Got an engineer out next day(Different company),immediately saw the problem,new fuel pump replaced there and then,job done,BoomBoom!

The engineer, Troy, from Boiler Rapid Repair was brilliant. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. He arrived bang on time and he did a super job, leaving no mess or evidence of any disruption to my home. Couldn’t recommend him any higher.

First time using Boiler Rapid Repair as our usual service engineer has failed to appear after multiple calls. I will definitely be using BRR from now on. Really easy to book a slot for our boiler service, the engineer arrived on time and was very experienced. Our boiler is over 17 years old and has never had any issues but we knew they were about to start. The engineer explained what was wrong, showed me the fault and explained how he would like to repair it. He explained the cost and was not pushy at all. This is the first full service our boiler has had in probably 3 years (covid) and I feel happy it will be fully working for another year. It was really easy to pay for the service as this was done online, along with the repair costs.
Brilliant Service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and not expensive for parts. If we have any further issues, I will be looking to start the monthly homecare plan as this company know their stuff!

We called Boiler Rapid Repair because someone recommended them to us. They were courteous and the plumbers have always turned up when they said they would. They have fixed a water and an oil leak with our boiler, lots of dodgy radiators, a leaking shower and they revamped our old dish washer. Totally recommend them.

Boiler Service was attended on time - 15 mins early in fact. Great, efficient service. Pleasant employee. Happy with cost.

Called at 8:30 to advise engineer running late from first call. Nice to be informed right away and given the option to reschedule.

Guy who did boiler service came in and started on job straight away worked away quietly and had job done in no time very polite and professional price for servicing very reasonable would definitely use again
