Iâve been using BB for years, I would guess over 5 years when I started experiencing hair fall. The HG formula has improved my hair so much. i also use the intensive spray and hydration treatment in winter (dry, alpine climate) and my hair has never felt better. I recently switched to the LockDrops but this disrupted my hair routine (I have very fine and thin hair) and it wasnât the right choice for my hair. The BB team were really helpful and reimbursed my returned products - even the opened and used ones. Highly recommend.
High price cheap material : airstyler

This was with infrequent use I may add. I started researching and realized itâs a common issue. Neither bondiboost nor Sephora (where I bought it from) wanted to help me in any way. I felt extremely duped and disappointed in ever spending this much money on such a distrustful company with bad products.
Customer service is a jokeâŠ
Been ordering from bondiboost for many years and never had a problem. I set up a prescription for my shampoo and conditioner and normally get a email to say it is due so need to make changes before. I never received that email so they took £27 out of my bank but Iâve still got a full bottle and half so donât need any. The email came through at 5am. I got in contact 5.30am
Went on their website to see if I can call to cancel before they send it out but there is no number to ring just a message box so I messaged and had no reply all day so I messaged again in the evening and still no reply until 23.30 the next day to say my order has already been shipped. I was upset as I gave them enough time to not send the product out and because they had not read any messages it was too late. They are not time efficient. And to top it off they said I can return it but I now have to pay return postage and when asked this should be covered as it was a mistake on their end. They are saying because itâs subscription and I get it cheaper I need to pay for it. So Iâve now got to cancel my subscription and find new hair products as I donât trust this company any more and they donât sort problems out very quickly and itâs too late when they do which is probably their plan.

Can't even review this product because the poor quality courier service they hired didn't even deliver my order, although they said they did.
"Delivered" December 18th but no where to be found. We were waiting for the delivery and it never arrived.
No photo of the delivery, no response to my emails requesting delivery information.
Of course I will remove this review when the product is replaced and we are able to review it.
Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I ordered Bondiboost shampoo & conditioner through Boots, but only the shampoo arrived. Boots customer service were useless and told me to go into a store. While the store staff were helpful and ordered a replacement conditioner, it has still not been received.
Bondiboost can only be contacted by email, and after two weeks of back-and-forth, they are now claiming they âcanât findâ my second order â despite me having order numbers and an email confirming it had been dispatched. Theyâve also completely ignored the fact that they failed to send the conditioner in the original order.
This has been a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Shocking communication, poor organisation, and zero accountability. Iâm very surprised Boots continues to use this company, as it seriously damages their reputation.

The head of the wand has cracked within months as it gets extremely hot.
The attachments feel flimsy and also get extremely hot. After less than six months the head of the wand has cracked which I suspect is from extreme heat. This means it is now useless. I contact Bondiboost but they do not sell any spares. For these reasons I cannot recommend the Bondiboost as it is poor quality.

I purchased the BondiBoost Blowout Hair Dryer 18 months ago and was happy with its performance until recently, when the dryer suddenly broke off at the base while plugged in, exposing internal conductors. This is a serious safety concern, especially in a household with children, and Iâm disappointed that a product of this quality failed in such a dangerous way after regular use.

I had the Bondi Boost blowout brush, which I initially really liked. I had it for a little over a year and would use maybe once a week after washing my hair. It lived on the dressing table, and I would never wrap the cord.
Unfortunately, the cord at the end of the brush started to break away, and it was causing literal sparks near my hair and face. I stopped using immediately and contacted the company. They told me because I had had it for more than a year they were unable to help with a replacement or fix, but their email encouraged me to join a BB club, promote their products and receive commission. I was shocked that they were unable to help with a faulty product that had created a fire hazard in my home - right next to my face and hair - but that, nevertheless, they wanted me to help SELL their products for them. I found this a really terrible response.
Anyway - I found a replacement for literally half the price and itâs almost exactly the same. Save your money gals! Itâs really not worth the £70 price tag.
Bondi Boos AirStyler
Love my air styler! It is so cheap compared to competitor products and does the best job. I love to use this with a combo of soft rollers / a heat less curler for overnight.
I use the smaller brush head for my bangs and the larger brush head for general drying. It leaves my hair dry and so smooth! I also use the curling options for curling with rollers to help set them.
Actually I have also noted that my hair has been growing a lot faster than usual since using, as I do not use straighteners or curlers anymore - this is miles better for your hair. â€ïž

Attempted to contact them 3 times with multiple email addresses and they did not respond. Horrible customer service. I'm very sad to have purchased anything from them if this is how they treat their customers (ignoring them).

The formula appears to have improved since the last order, now it actually smells nice as well as work well for my sensitive scalp. Only issue (and this is a common issue with their products), is the faulty pump on one of the bottles.

The Bondi Boost Everlast Styler hasâŠ
The Bondi Boost Everlast Styler has been a huge disappointment. It seems to make my naturally wavy hair frizz and flyaway. The wrap attachments donât hold onto the hair, they just blow it away. Totally pointless. Prior to buying this I used a much cheaper Remington dryer/ curling brush and a Dyson airwrap, both for a long time and never with frizz occurring. Bondi Boost wonât refund as I purchased through Chris and Sons who have not replied to my email.

i tried Bondo boost back around 2019 and 2020, my hair loved it! my hair is the kind where it gets used to products and i need switch it around but i did this a few times in this time.
i stopped using it mid 2020...
Ever since my hair has had scalp problems, is dry and breaks and not to mention the frizziness it constantly has.
I've had a few people tell me the same thing, also had hairdressers tell me not to use it. I've tried so many different products for my scalp and it doesn't work. Unsure what is in it but my hair got used to it and now is destroying itself. (wouldn't let me leave a review prior to the date)

I've purchased a few products from.Bondi Boost ( mainly hair care products) and I've been really impressed with the difference these products have made to my hair....there's so many products to use from but their 'bundle packages' are a great idea....formulated for specific hair care concerns.
Their prices are reasonable and their marketing is 'down to earth ' so you don't feel like you're being 'snowballed " into buying things you don't feel 'that you really don't need.
This is a company that legitimately takes time out to listen to ... and to assess and answer any questions you may have.
So besides fantastic hair products, this is a company that treats every client/customer as a friend.
