Above and beyond customer service! Despite the time difference UK/Aus, I got timely replies to my query with the help I needed.
Also, the HG range is amazing! I lost hair due to medication and it's helped sooo much with regrowth.
It's a little pricey, but well worth the money in my humble opinion. I'm 100% converted and will be back! Thank you.

I recently placed a small order (under $50) with Bondi Boost and they asked me to send them my credit card and id over email or my order won't be released. Is this a joke? I of course cancelled my order straight away and won't order anything from them ever again. It is a shame because I used to like their products.

My hair is coming out in clumps. I have NEVER EVER lost hair in this way. I've been using it for 3 months and now my hair is so thin it's Crazy. I have always had thick curly hair . Not no more. Your honesty lucky I don't get a lawyer.

Works for me. Hair feels soft after using.

DO NOT BUY!!! HG bondi boost shampoo and conditioner - I used for roughly 1 year and a half and lost half of my hair. It caused extreme hair loss and left my hair feeling oily, sticky and gross after every wash. Bondi boost ruined my hair. Worst decision I ever made was using Bondi boost. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from them.

Customer service has been fine. The products are lovely. BUT the bottles are VERY small for the price when you can get natural products at a third of the price in much bigger bottles, making Bondi Boost unfortunately not worth the money. If the bottles were bigger I would be a lifelong and enthusiastic customer. Such a shame. The leave in conditioner spray will last a month at most and I'll be lucky to get a month out of the shampoo and conditioner. The serum and salt spray are about the right sizes. But the heat protectant is so going to run out super quick. You expect products at these prices to last a few months!

I bought my Bondi boost sonic blow dryer back in Sept .From the very start the nozzle flow off only every now and again so I put up with it, but now it does it nearly every time, also when the nozzle flys off it’s red hot and I have burnt my fingers putting it back on. I’ve tried recently to contact them about the issue, their response is they want me to video the nozzle flying off, which is very difficult to do while you are using it, I feel like I’ve been fobbed off. Just be aware,🙄☹️

My hair has grown an inch in 4 weeks, really has made such a difference in the condition of my hair too, it’s healthy again

Customer Service is brilliant too

Used to be good, was a fan for years and would recommend to friends. But my latest “service” if that is what you can call it, has massively put me off. Massively gone downhill. Ordered products online, after 10 days, emailed to say I had no confirmation on the order and asked when it would be sent. Was told they were busy and my order was currently being packed and they would make it a priority to be sent. Fair enough. A week later I received an email to say one of the products I’d ordered, they no longer had in the warehouse so they would refund me, so clearly was lied to when previously told my order was being packed. Doesn’t take a week to pack one order and also it was 3 weeks after placing the original order for them to realise they couldn’t fulfil it. It’s now been nearly a month since I ordered, no package received and no refund so far after being told over a week ago they didn’t have some of my order. Used to be so much communication during the order and was always quick. I get things happen but communication would have made it a lot better and not being lied to. Also one of my friends placed an order 2 weeks ago and already has her order. So it makes no sense why such the long delay with mine.

I was so excited to try bondi boost after reading some positive feedback but unfortunately for me after using BB my hair becomes so knotted I can't even get them out. It has never been an issue for me with other products. Also I've noticed more hair loss since using BB..

Love the products. However, the customer service is so rude you almost think you’re part of a prank. Melissa was so dismissive and unhelpful when they made a mistake with my order. I was made to feel as though it was my fault, and in turn, I can’t in good conscience but from them again. Just be aware you may not find any helpful service if something goes wrong.

I was so excited to try this shampoo and conditioner but am so disappointed in the outcome. It makes my head itch like crazy and my hair fall out. If I switch to another shampoo it goes away. Then I decided to try it again, and the same thing happened. I would not recommend. 😳

First Blowout Brush arrived, used it no problem. Next time I went to use it, 5 days later, it wouldn’t turn on when you rotated the dial. They replaced the brush after lodging the necessary videos/pictures. Second brush arrived, again first use was fine. Went to use it a second time & this time it wouldn’t turn off unless unplugged from the wall. Returned and asked for a refund. How can I be so unlucky to receive 2 faulty brushes in a row?? To me, this strongly indicates that the quality is lacking. Customer service however was good with timely responses and the refund was paid without any dramas upon return of the second unit.
Funny how the review I wrote in response to Bondi Boost’s request for review doesn’t appear on their site. Makes me wonder how many other 1 star reviews they receive and don’t publish.

I bought this in the Black Thursday sales to use on my 3year old daughter after her weekly hair wash. By January it had broken - after less than 10 uses. The odd twisty power switch has entirely jammed and failed and just doesn’t work. Honestly it felt flimsy and dodgy from when I opened it but I overlooked it in light of all the positive reviews. Anyway I contacted the company to ask for a refund and was funnelled into a horrifically complicated ‘refund process’ involving photographing the serial number, sending a video of how it’s broken (yet no portal to upload any video and I’m an ordinary person not a tech whizz I have no idea of how to compress and send a video) and then apparently God himself reviews my application for refund for FAULTY PRODUCT which then involves me having to go out of my way to ship it back to them before the refund will be processed. I’ve made email contact numerous times and completed the refund portal and the process just stalls and then I make contact again and get the same garbage back to the beginning asking for videos and refund portal.
I suspect this company is some sort of drop ship scam.

So I ordered 100 dollers worth of stuff been looming for something to us for dry scalp and thic hair so I placed an order felt sketched out cause they took my money right away but they take for ever ti send u an updates so I cancel my order and I talk to someone to try and get my money back they said they gave me my refund but I never got my money back and they lied and said they gave me my money back on a day that hasn't even came don't buy stuff from them

Didn’t even send out product

I bought a product, waited around 2 weeks for an update on shipping but I had no emails. I contacted them to ask for an update, they then told me the item was out of stock. So I went back to say but youve taken my money so it wasn’t out of stock when I bought it and they need to issue a refund for me which then took another week to reach my account . How can they take your money and not send out the product??? From the emails, I doubt they would have even refunded me unless I contacted them

Products made my hair worse and when I asked for a refund, they said I was out of the 30-day window. Horrible customer service!!!!

2 packages was brought end of November for a Christmas present. 1 package was opened end of December. Other still in gift box unopened.
I have used product for two weeks now and my hair is breaking and falling out and so dry. I’ve ceased use and emailed Bondi boost to try to at least send the unopened package back for a refund. As I can’t use this product. Their response was sorry it’s out of our 30day warranty.
I paid over $300aud for these. And sorry we can’t help you.
Such a disgrace and am so gob smacked by this customer service.

I decided to give BB another try, to be objective, given all the 5 star reviews, ( & a discounted price for the bundle).
For my hair, and after using it for 2 mths, I found it did nothing for my hair, except dry it out. (Now a spare when I run out of my chosen line of S, C, & M)

Rather than persisting with this product, I went back to a line of hair shampoo & conditioner,(Keune), which my local Hairdresser uses and I know suits my hair.
