I purchased the blow out brush and it blew up on me…started smelling bad and then will not turn on again.

Also have used the anti frizz shampoo and conditioner, also their normal shampoo / conditioner and it drys my hair out so badly. Also gives me dandruff. Think the product is super overrated and have had lots of other people tell me a similar thing has happened to them with this product. Super unhappy and spent lots of money with the business

Shame I can't give a minus for this company. I am in New Zealand and ordered a blowout brush which never arrived and DHL tracking confirmed Bondiboost had allocated a tracking number but the item had not been despatched. Finally after a month they decided to just refund me but it has now cost me $5.95 for something I never received due to exchange. I find this unbelievable and I would never deal with Bondiboost again due to their incompetence.

I'm struggling with thinning and extremely dry hair.
Thanks to BondiBoost..I have the healthiest hair after 4 weeks.
It's thicker and manageable and I don't have to rely on straightener or other hair smoothing products 😉
It's worth it...

Brush stopped working couple months after purchase. Started smoking and overheating. Extreme fire hazard!

Company takes no responsibility for this extreme safety issue. Yet demands the buyer ships returned from AU/NZ to US/UK (AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE).

*If* they approve the return they will only credit you to PayPal not your original form of payment.

If you want a replacement you have to wait until they receive the faulty product back. Which could take 3+ months!

Absolutely garbage customer service for AU/NZ customers.

Ever since I 1st purchased Bondiboost’ products for damaged hair I’ve been telling everyone! I’m in my 50’s & my hair was poor condition from over processing also and I bought the shampoo and conditioner AND the hair brush dryer AND OMG OMG OMG!! My hair has grown fast AND no kidding my hair is better than in my 20’s! Thick, silky, and OMG gorgeous! Many compliments! I cannot say it enough HIGHLY RECOMMEND the brush dryer and if your hair is dry and/or processed you have to try these products! (I get upset when the delivery takes forever sometimes!)

Randomly decided to try one of their shampoos because the brand I normally use was out of stock and after the first wash I started losing hair!!! I used it maybe 4 total washes and returned it, I’ve never experienced hair loss from a shampoo but this was horrible! And my hair would get so knotted up too, which is never an issue for me. Please don’t waste your money!!!!

The HG formula shampoo had been a holy grail. Every three months I was using up a bottle. In the past year every bottle I try leaves my hair super funky feeling. Greedy and almost like I didn’t rinse it out. I have taken back numerous of bottles to Sephora to exchange for another bottle in hopes I had a bad batch. I was told this year 2022 the company omitted an ingredient in it for they thought it may have been a culprit to the shampoo maybe spoiling. I can’t find another shampoo that gets my hair this clean… that is when it works. I am on a new bottle I purchased yesterday and used it this morning and my hair now has been dried and needs to be washed again as it feels a greasy film is on it.
I hate this.
I did so love the HG Shampoo since March 2020.
Goodbye Bondi Boost.
If your products were consistent in use I would be your loyal customer I was proud to call myself in 2020 and 2021.
Something is messed up with the formula!

I bought this product via an IG influencers page, so seeing how beautiful her hair was and what she used I figured let me give this a try.
Let me start by saying I am 44yo, recently had VSG and my body was going through many changes. I was already losing some hair and was hoping that with this product it would help from more loss.
I went through a full set, shampoo and conditioner and all was fine, till it wasn't.
I wash every 2 to 3 days because I also have oily hair so it can get really flat and nasty looking. The shampoo made my hair more knotted after washing but the conditioner works well to detangle.
I comb through with the conditioner still in my hair and that's when I noticed how much hair I was losing.
I was losing so much hair I started taking pictures everytime I washed my hair so I can keep track and compare.
I was very depressed seeing this happen to me. I was someone who always had thick, long, strong hair. Again, I was going through some changes, but these products didn't help the way I was expecting them too. They made things worse for me.
Since changing products, I find my hair is much happier.
In the end, try it out, it might work for you, it might not.

My hair was falling out in clumps due to either Covid or big time calorie restriction. Freaked me out! I monitored my daily protein, added biotin and collagen powder (hims & hers) and added this shampoo, conditioner and intensive spray. I mix up my shampoos & conditioners, but I have been using the intensive spray religiously. Not sure which one is the culprit, but I won't quit any because my hair is thicker and I am not losing anything more than the norm.

Doesn’t work guys I’ve been using it for a year and still losing my hair lol waste of money might be more natural than other shampoos and conditioners but rubbish

I bought the repair duo as my hair had become quite dry and I hoped this may help to bring it back to life.. Nope it made my hair worse leaving it limp and lacklustre and seemed to strip away my shine. I am really disappointed as I had read some pretty positive reviews prior to purchasing.

Unfortunately I have really fine limp hair and I thought from the reviews the blow out brush was going to be my saviour. But unfortunately this wasn’t to be. The communication and help I have received since I wanted to return this has been absolutely amazing. I have no doubt this product is really good, I just have really crap hair. I’ve just had my refund so I’m going to get the wand. Hopefully my crappy hair will be better when I use this. Thank you again to customer services for all their help.

I had exactly the same experience as Natalie about 2 weeks ago. My appliance was 8 months old and half way through drying my hair, the same happened, a huge loud bang, and significant thick acrid dark brown smoke came out. It was very frightening. It's now in landfill where it belongs

The product itself is fantastic. Have used for past 2 years. Ordered my next shampoo and conditioner which arrived yesterday. But was also told on order and promotion I would receive a detangle brush if order was over 70.00.
Well 96.00 is well over expected cost. Very disappointed 😞. No brush. Shame for misleading peeps.

I have ordered quite a few things from Bondi Boost, but the experience will come to an end now... customer service is non-existent towards me; and it's quite a concern as I experienced something rather horrific after using their blow brush for around 7 months, and they have literally gone silent on me once I did what they requested after bringing it to their attention - after MULTIPLE emails sent, still no response. Read the below on what happened to me (and what I sent to BondiBoost - the response was extremely lack luster, no compassion, after the first email I sent; requested I send a photo of the number on it which I did within 30mins of the email they sent); hopefully it doesn't end up being something of a nightmare to someone else... would definitely recommend not purchasing their Blow Brush pro.

"Last night I got quite a shock… when I was around half way through doing my hair the brush did a huge loud bang and a crunchy sound that sounded like something came loose inside the brush unit and then it switched off, then it smelt like it was on fire/burning with smoke fumes coming out of it; so I quickly unplugged the unit.
Fortunately I am not injured, but it certainly lifted the heart rate!!"

Good luck to those who purchased the brush, I seriously hope none of you get injured!!

Highly recommend! am obsessed with their eyelash/eyebrow serum and hair growth products. i'm early 40s women and both hair and lashes needed a big boost after kids so can highly recommend. great selfcare pamper also!

I ordered both shampoo & conditioner, used twice, 1xweek shampooing. So far I am pleased with results. I am 58, my hair has always been thin, but the past year it's been falling out. After using bondi, my hair is extremely soft, it feels lighter, and it's shiny. Both shampoo & conditioner smell very nice. Cannot attest to new hair growth or thickening yet as it's too early. I will come back to update. I was disappointed in the size of the bottles for the price. But if it continues to work, I'll keep buying.

I've been using for a month now, and my hair is still falling out, and there is no new growth. I realize both may take more time to fix. As I said in my first review, Bondi boost leaves my hair extremely soft, light, shiny and smells great! I am very happy with both shampoo and conditioner. My hair falling out may be due to other issues that a shampoo cannot change.

I ordered the HG shampoo and conditioner aswell as the hair oil and growth spray. My hair is awful! Strait after I’ve washed it, it feels like there is a layer of wax over my hair at the back. I persevered as it was so expensive but now my hair is falling out in clumps. I’m so angry. It’s horrible..don’t waste your money

From the very start, my scalp has never been so itchy after using the dandruff shampoo and conditioner. It has lessened the dandruff but is it worth the price and uncomfortable feeling. Nope!

I bought bondiboost hair growth tonic reading all positive reviews, but for me either it made no difference or it made my hairfall worse.
I have androgenic alopecia and this is useless. It does not help infact i increased my hairfall.
