Fantastic customer service at Book Instructor. I had forgotten to apply a discount code when purchasing one of their courses so I booked a call with a customer service rep. I spoke to Tina who was incredibly helpful and advised the code could still be applied, I would just need to email the admin team. I did that and Sarah responded very quickly and processed a refund equivalent to the discount code. 5-star service. Gives me very high confidence that my driving experience with them will also be great! Thank you

Paid a ton of ££ for them to help me arrange my exams faster, help with studying & revision materials, and arrange driving lessons. The exam was booked on the only date I gave as unavailable, then told I had to rebook myself. The “live tutorial” instructor was 45 mins late to an hour long class, waited over 4 months to start lessons and never received them. I would give no stars, but they did refund my money when I asked, minus £40 for the theory test fee (which is fair). Def not worth it.

Straight forward system very helpful to guide you and quick to book tests, the instructor they provide me was not the best but you have the option to change and free of charge without problems If you want i quick and straight forward opportunity to get or driving license try book instructor. The people work in here ‘customer service’ they are great. Thank you guys

Useful for booking a driving test but unable to find me an instructor in a reasonable time frame, most likely due to a shortage in my area. Prices are also a little high. Sarah from customer service was very helpful.

I had a great experience using Book Instructor. The app made it really easy to find and book lessons, and everything was straightforward and well organised. Communication was smooth, and managing lesson times was simple.
My instructor was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really helped build my confidence on the road. The structured lessons and helpful feedback made a big difference, and I felt fully prepared for my test.
I’m happy to say I passed my practical test, and I’d definitely recommend both my instructor and the Book Instructor app to anyone learning to drive.

Company were not very helpful and after a 6+ month wait didnt get me a faster test despite any advertising they did suggesting a 4-12 week lead time ( charged an extra fee for this too).

However the instructor I had was very good - Jahanzheb Anjum. Was very professional and friendly and did his best to help me where possible and taught me well leading to me passing my test :)

Ateeq Zulfiqar is an excellent driving instructor. Calm, composed, experienced, he put a lot of time and effort into preparing me as best as possible for the test (which I passed on my first try). When making mistakes, he made sure that we went over those situation, both in theory (e.g., why was that a mistake) and practice, until I understood how to overcome those obstacles. He puts a lot on emphasis on awareness - drivers need to be aware at all times because there are infinite situations that can arise. But his concern was not with passing the test as much as the driver's own safety, and this is the most important thing that every instructor should teach.
On the technical aspect, Ateeq is experienced and can answer any question. He actually encourages to ask questions about anything, to make sure every doubt is clarified.
Before my test, we did a mock test and went over all the show me/tell me/ bonnet questions to make sure I was fully prepared on the actual test.
Ateeq is not only a good instructor, but a friendly person with whom you can have a conversation with. So, lessons are not mechanical and boring, and you can get used to driving whilst talking to someone.
He also prioritises the drivers wellbeing, and makes sure there are breaks throughout the lessons (I took the intensive driving course) to get some fresh air, a drink or just stretch your legs.
I would defintely recommend!

We used to book instructor because we were unable to find a driving instructor in our locality. Although initially we did think it was expensive, we were soon paid back by the fact the book instructor found us an instructor immediately. We also signed up for a quicker test date and were immediately given a test date. Since my daughter started doing the driving lessons she has been given her A-level date and one of these was her test date. We contacted book instructor and they immediately changed the test date and it was not very far from the first one. There were further complications when one of her exams moved and we had to move the test date yet again. Again book instructor stepped in and provided as an even earlier date.

I find book instructor very easy to communicate with and they immediately answer your queries. You don’t have to wait days to be heard.

If you’re struggling with driving lessons, I would definitely recommend them.
