I purchased a series of lessons for my son as a birthday present back in January of this year with the aim that he would have a guaranteed driving test slot at the end of it. However, the assigned driving instructor has been unreliable, unhelpful, very poor communication, unprofessional and rather rude to the point that I shall be requesting a refund and going elsewhere. Also, the costs of using Book Instructor are way too high for the supposed amount of "admin" that they actually do! I have had to chase them up several times with regard to poor and inconvenient driving lesson slots, no communication from the instructor and just generally poor communication full stop. Now my son has had his booked lessons cancelled by the aforementioned rude instructor and been pushed back to be reassigned by BI. To top it all, he has his Theory test this Wednesday and missed his, already paid for, coaching session as he was not reminded or notified when it was taking place.
Be careful and look at other options.
You have been warned!

The instructor contacted me quickly, and I'm being very well assisted with my driving test booking by a very kind Tina, who is looking for an earlier slot at a Driving Test Centre near my home.
Their app is also very communicative and informative.
Recommend.

It took a while to find an automatic driving instructor in my area, but we did in the end...
Book instructor was a great help as I didn't have to worry about anyhing as they did it all for me. Would recommend to take the stress out of things 🙂

Book instructor was very good at finding me a theory test, an instructor and a practical test. It did take a little while but they kept me updated and found something for the dates that I was looking for.

The cost of the service is too high but I did get a good instructor

Thanks to Book Instructor for arranging my driving test promptly without any fuss; I have passed my driving test without having to wait for long.

Book Instructor is definitely a service/website I would recommend to someone going through or starting their journey in becoming fully licensed.

With my experience from picking how much hours I needed the Instructor I wanted the location I will be in and times and dates of my of my lessons Book Instructor impressively managed to compile all stages of learning how to drive. With all the backend figured out freed me up to just focus on learning how to drive.

Oh and I Passed :p
Absolutely recommend

They are great and fast. They found me an instructor very quickly and got my theroy test booked for me quickly (passed lol) and are working on getting my test booked in after a but if a mixup from me saying Derby was needed but that was wrong lol. Luckily they seem to have a very fast customer service with the emails (spoke with Olivia) 🙂 so all is good now. Would recommend 👍🙂

Booked through book instructor and had my test and instructor within a month, easy process and really good communication and experience, passed today with 1 minor so pleased ☺️

My daughter had an issue with one of the instructors she had been allocated by Book Instructor.
I reached out to customer service and had a reply from Sarah in super quick time. She dealt with our issue, orchestrated a full refund and has taken said driver off their books.
Sarah has been extremely professional, courteous, efficient, helpful and understanding. I was never left waiting for email replies and all in all I have honestly not had this level of customer service for a long time. Bravo and thank you Sarah.

Great experience with this instructor. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and they managed to find me a test date fast. When I had issues with my dates, they were very helpful and resolved everything promptly in a professional manner. Highly recommend!
