As an ADI new to bookinstructor I have found them to be very helpful in answering all of my queries very quickly and I look forward to working with them. It has been Sarah M who has been helping me and I'm very happy with her quick and comprehensive replies, I recommend this company

At the beginning of my lessons I did not have a good experience with the company because it took me a while to realise that I was not booked for test .But thanks to my instructor Colin Basham for making it look even better I recommend him to the company his expertise are excellent.

EXCELLENT TUTORING FROM MR MOHHAMED BAY TO ME. HE TUTORED ME INTO DEVELOPING MY CONFIDENCE IN DRIVING. HE MADE ME BELIEVE IN MYSELF, MY DRIVING SKILL IMPROVED. I WENT FOR MY DRIVING TEST WITH CONFIDENCE AND I PASSED ON MY FIRST TEST. SO PROUD OF MYSELF AND THE GREAT POSITIVE PERSON-CENTRED TUTORING SUPPORT AND TRAINING FROM MR MOHHAMED BAY. Olivia was dealing with my enquiry and she was very helpful, efficient and very polite and friendly. She emailed me back very quickly and helped me sort my enquiry out so I definitely recommend them :)

I purchased a fast-track driving course reference #1770113301 but have encountered multiple issues from the start. The online portal is not functioning correctly, as I am unable to respond to any messages. I was also provided with a contact number for the instructor, however it continually rang out. I left several messages, none of which have been returned.

Overall, this experience has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and would like to request a full refund.

Please could someone contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

Very easy and efficient to get with an instructor and find both a theory test and a practical test. On top of that, the customer service was very kind and helpful, Olivia was able to deal with my issues and fix them quickly, very pleased thanks :)

Highly recommend using book instructor for your driving they make it so easy! they will book your tests and help organise exactly what you need, I have ADHD so this was important to me!

I had a very great instructor (Mohamad Bay), he was very kind and patient throughout the lesson period. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s interested in driving, with or without experience.

The instructor I was matched with was fantastic, I received a test date in my local area within 6 weeks and they provide loads of helpful information and videos to guide you through the process.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone from beginners to people just needing a little fine tuning.
