First garage i booked for an MOT had my…
First garage i booked for an MOT had my car all day (i was working nights) , i explained that i need to collect the car at 4pm to get to work and they were happy with this, saying they would get it done first. I turn up at 4pm to see my car just being put over the pit, when i asked what was happening, they said they had too many cars today, so as you can imagine i wasnt happy.
Second garage i booked through them had never heard or signed up to bookmy garage!!!

All garages on our platform sign an agreement to be listed with us, so the fact that the second garage stated they weren’t signed up indicates there may have been a miscommunication on their side. Easy to use
Easy to use. Unfortunately some of the garages availability is not up to date. Initially booked a garage for 1 week away. They call me to say no availability for 3 weeks. Booked another and it was fine, availability was correct.
