First time looking for coverage since I just retired. It was a scary experience at first however, Boomer Benefits made it so easy. It was like sitting down at the kitchen table with a friend working things out. The whole experience was exceptional. Levi Patton walked me through the steps to get the right coverage for me for my Part D prescription . coverage. Highly recommend Boomer Benefits and Levi Patton.

Wendy Hernandez is extremely professional. She’s very patient. She explained things very clearly and made the application process quite easy.

Shout out to Natasha Robertson at Boomer Benefits for regularly monitoring reimbursement of a medical bill and following up by contacting me and providing updates. It took almost one year for Humana to issue a check directly to me and Natasha did a fabulous job of taking ownership of the issue to its conclusion. Thanks Natasha. I appreciate you!

I received a large bill from a specialist which should have been covered by my insurance.
I contacted the provider with no resolution to the issue.
I then contacted Boomer Benefits and was put in contact with Malaquia Brown.
Malaquia took my information, explained the process and kept me informed and aware of the expected timeline.
It took some time and perseverance by Malaquia but everything was eventually resolved.
It surely saved me much time and frustration.
My wife and I recommend Boomer Benefits to are friends an acquaintances.

After a Medicare Annual wellness visit, my provider charged me $550. I asked several times what services I was being charged for, but never got an answer. Finally I got a multi-page list of bureaucratic gobbldy gook that was supposed to be a list of services and charges for my visit, when my visit was little more than asking me to draw the hands on a clock for some specified time. Then my wife reminded me that Boomer Benefits offers to intercede for us in these situations. Boomer Benefits had been fabulous in helping us get our Medicare plans, but I had never asked for help in disputing a claim. It was so easy! I logged into my Boomer Benefits account, and there was a clear path to ask for help with disputing a claim. All I had to do was send the list of services and charges using their secure transfer capability. A day later I got an email from Amy at Boomer Benefits asking for a few more details, then a follow-up email saying that my provider had been contacted and the provider would respond to the disputed claim in 30 to 45 days. Approximately 45 days later, Amy emailed to say that all the charges were dropped, and my balance wass now $0. That’s the best possible outcome. Thank you, Amy!

When l first decided to retire l was struggling about how to apply for Medicare and choose the right supplemental plan. I decided to go on u tube and watch videos to get some insight. l came across Boomer Benefits and decided to give them a call.
Just let me say it was one of the BEST decisions l ever made to get through the jungle of the Medicare process!

Had a great experience working with Wendy Hernandez. She helped me switch from a Plan G to a High Deductible Plan G. Also helped to cancel my previous plan. Overall things went very smoothly!

Signing up for my plan G supplement and drug plan information was excellent. I feel that their stand alone dental options must be severely limited. I felt like I was being guided into a plan that my dentist did not participate in with a higher premium than I could get with Delta Dental that I'm certain my dentist participates with telling me I could pay out of pocket and they would assist me in filing the claims and dealing with the company that I had never heard of.

Malaquia Brown expertly handled a billing issue where a primary care physician (PCP) had charged me for my initial 'Welcome to Medicare' visit. The PCP was associated with a very large healthcare organization who was unwilling to hear my billing concerns. Ms. Brown of Boomer Benefits routinely communicated updates to me and smoothly resolved the billing issue by obtaining the correct billing codes from the PCP. Highly recommend Boomer Benefits!!

I have learned soooo much about Medicare from this company, from the chats from other "boomers" to the one on one with Tina K. I feel confident I made the correct decision in my healthcare, and I believe that Boomer Benefits will stand behind me to assist with anything I need. Great Company Great customer service.

Sarah Kijnitchee at Boomer Benefits is an excellent agent to work with. She is very clear, organized, and pleasant. She provided me everything I need to make a good decision about my benefits. She provides helpful information about the complicated processes that have to be completed when starting Medicare and the choices there are. I feel comfortable that the company aims to be fair and honest, while giving advice that is not driven by their uneven compensation when choosing one plan over another. They give advice that suits the individual, not themselves as an agent. Sarah provided helpful information and tips beyond what she is compensated for as an agent. Very happy and relieved!

Rhiannon Mead is a highly skilled and experienced client service team member who has continuously responded quickly and well to my many questions, including why Medicare hasn't been able to accept my "Easy Pay" confirmation, why a certain Part D healthcare company account told me my password was not correct, when I had not changed it, and lots of other questions. Amber Pigors did a great job handling my questions and requests. She got back to me numerous times. She is professional and caring. BB is lucky to have her.

We got help with signing up with Medicare Part B. But, that was all. Was promised assistance with Plan G, and help transitioning to another state. Further, no help with changing date of start of Part B since I was covered by prior insurance.
