Fridge freezer/ Washing Machine to 2nd floor flat
Just had fridge freezer and washing machine delivered and installed. Quick and efficient with excellent service from Damien and Dwayne. The guys were superb and a credit to the business with great customer service.

I have used Borshch for many years and they have always been brilliant!
I have moved into my new property this week and have had 4 new appliances delivered today by Dwayne and Damian! They were brilliant! Manouvered everything into place with great care and were both polite & friendly! Great customer service! Thank you both so much!

Delivery men not equipped to fix…
Delivery men not equipped to fix machine so had to obtain and pay a separate plumber, who was not able to take the old one away.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way but the installation service we offer is a straight connection service only, the issue with your job was the shut valve had siezed open and we were unable to isolate the machine. The drivers are not plumbers they are not insured or trained to change fittings, we have tried to call you to clear this up we left you a message.
We refunded the fitting charge same day as we were unable to fit the washer.
I am sorry you feel we let you down but if there is an issue with fittings this is beyond what we do and requires a plumber.

Had a choice of Dishwasher to choose from, after a recommendation for Borsch, it was delivered to my home and now fitted, my last Dishwaher was from Borsch and lasted 10 busy years with a family of 6.

Fridge freezer purchase
Honestly, I didn't want to buy a fridge freezer but mine had broken down. Rodney in store was super helpful, knowledgeable and gave me honest information about the products, enabling me to make my decision. Delivery is quick. The guys really helped me out today, I'd have no hesitation recommending the team at the Dudley branch!

Brilliant store
Really good customer service.
Matt was brilliant took his time to explain all the dishwashers I looked at. Purchased from here before few years ago reason I went back. Great range of appliances at great prices.

Great Service
I ordered a gas hob online, Jason phoned to explain that there was a part missing but they would order it. I decided to visit the store to make a final decision. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as I made a decision on which hob to purchase. I have bought from Borsch previously and am always happy with their help and service.
