Great service

I come here for the 1st time. And have to say amazing customer service, Tony explaned everything in details, put out minds at rest, you would never get there no where else, different 5 start service, thanks Tony 👍🏼

My late Mum always bought everything from Borsch, no matter where they were located, she would make the trip and praised them to the sky highs so I decided to visit. Now a adult myself, I needed a good replacement undercounter fridge freezer to fit my budget, to fit a narrow under counter space, that is very tight. I visited the Erdington store, upon my first visit there, must say that I was impressed with their customer service and the no pressure to buy attitude that they all seemed to have.
You are left to potter around and decide without space invasion allowing a lot of room to breath and think. Love that!
Initially on my first visit I nearly bought one of there under counter refrigerators, on the price alone, but I did not like the fact it came without a back tray and after doing some additional research myself I opted not to purchase it. I rang the store and they were very understanding, the manager said more might come in and to check back. I did every few days and struck gold with a off chance random visit, 2 weeks later, where a delivery had just come in on the same morning. I saw a beautiful compact under counter, Montpellier refrigerator more to my taste, asked to hold it, checked my space at home, and went back the very next morning to make my purchase. I loved the fact I was told I could collect it myself as a option, which I did, they wrapped it well, loaded it onto my car and were attentive throughout the sale from start to end. They stated I could pay for a collection of the old one and pay a recycling fee on top or do the opposite, drop the old one to them myself and just pay the recycling fee. I chose the latter. The whole experience truly has been a delight. I 100% can see why my late mum loved going to Borshch for decades. I definitely will be looking out for a microwave next at Borshch, it honestly is worth waiting in my opinion to see new stock, patience in my case paid off, ironically my old refrigerator stopped working the very next day completely after my purchase. Borsch just make life so much easier, and the best thing is, you see on the day what condition everything is in and the true size visually, that you are actually buying. Plus save money with a very fair pricing system. I paid more with my second choice for a under counter refridgerator compared to my original interest, but I am so much more happier with my choice and still managed to save money, as going cheap is not always best if it doesn't fit your needs. Warranty is 1 year and you can extend. A big thank you to Jamie the manager and the rest of the staff at Borshch who have displayed great paitence with someone who is a thinker, you did not put me off from going back to your store to make a purchase. Friends and family have been told where to go and why? I will definitely continue spreading the word and will be checking back to see if I can replace my microwave. Keep up the good work and stay blessed. P.s my reviews are not always this positive, as customer service these days isn't great in some places or products. You get a A*

I received all the information I needed from Andy. He called on the morning of the delivery saying they were 30 mins away. He'd already sent me what's app pics of the appliance & explained he would call 30 mins before delivery & that they started at 8 am. We've often visited over many years & purchased washing machines, tumble dryers & microwaves. The service is always relaxed, friendly & professional. This time however we needed our drier delivered. The price of the item + taking the old appliance & packaging away were cheaper than other online companies. Will always purchase electrical goods from Borshch & highly recommend 👍🙂

Was after a integrated Beko fridge to replace my faulty appliance . Couldn't find the model i was after absolutely anywhere. A good friend told me to try Borshce and they didn't disappoint. Had the fridge in stock and cheaper.
Jamie the manager was really helpful , in fact all staff couldn't do enough to help and answer my questions and worth the 15 quid to take my old fridge away in the process.
The two friendly delivery guys ,( I made sure i got their names,) David and Mikey, really pleasant who were prompt and gave me a lift with the fridge in the cabinet so i could install when they were gone. Everyone who helped me , sales and delivery gave 100%. Borshce will definitely be my number one stop next time . All three where a credit to your company

Pleasant and very helpful. When it came to the delivery, Sam and Oli was great! It was Oli’s first day on the job and I think he did really well. Communication was good, did all checks before leaving. Great customer service! I highly recommend

Came to the Erdington store to look for an upright freezer and was greeted by store colleague Mike Williams. He was so helpful and friendly. After discussing our requirements, Mike showed us various options and we were able to make an informed decision and purchase. Customer service at its best.
