To clarify, subscriptions can be cancelled via the customer dashboard, and our support team is also available to assist where access issues arise or where a customer needs help managing their account. We do not intentionally restrict access to cancellation options.

As outlined during checkout and within the account area, our meal plans operate as recurring subscriptions with a 7-day cancellation notice period. This is due to the fact that meals are prepared in advance as fresh, perishable products, meaning orders may still be processed within an active billing or preparation cycle before cancellation takes full effect.

We also do not use emotional pressure, coercion, or threats in our communications with customers. Any contact regarding outstanding account activity is intended only to explain the subscription status and the agreed terms.

All deliveries are processed in line with the subscription schedule, preparation timelines, and the cut-off times set out in our terms. If an order is not dispatched as expected, this is never connected to a customer’s feedback or review activity.

We also do not request that customers remove reviews in exchange for refunds or services. Any discussion regarding refunds or account outcomes is handled separately and based solely on the applicable terms of the subscription and the status of the order.

Regarding your subscription, as previously outlined, our meal plans operate on a recurring billing cycle with a 7-day cancellation notice period due to the fact that meals are prepared in advance as fresh, perishable products. As part of the subscription terms agreed at checkout, a 7-day notice period applies to cancellations. This is because meals are prepared in advance as fresh, perishable products. We do not block cancellation requests, and we are not intended to mislead customers regarding cancellation or account management.

We also do not use intimidation or threats in our communications with customers. To clarify, our meal plans operate as recurring subscriptions, which are clearly shown during checkout before payment is completed, including the weekly billing structure and cancellation terms. Customers can manage or cancel their subscription at any time via their online account.

In line with our cancellation policy, we do require 7 days’ notice for cancellations. This means that if a billing date falls within an active notice period, that upcoming order will still be processed as part of the current agreed billing cycle before the cancellation takes full effect. This is because orders are prepared in advance as fresh, perishable meals with fixed production schedules.

We appreciate this may not always align with customer expectations, which is why we clearly display these terms prior to purchase and at checkout.

Further to your review, whilst we are saddened to hear of your dissatisfaction, I can confirm that we acted within the terms of our service. To dismiss these, would mean operating without due diligence. These terms are clearly accessible on every page of our site both before and after purchase.
You can cancel at any time through your personal dashboard. This process triggers automated actions that would have prevented the situation you described. However, you sent your cancellation to our general email box, which meant it was not actioned automatically.

As further testament to our fair practice, your card issuer also dismissed your claim.

Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we have accepted your cancellation, and we have cancelled all payment attempts accordingly.

We have repeatedly requested supporting evidence to validate your claim, and none has been provided.
Under Trustpilot’s updated policies, regretfully, they no longer remove unsubstantiated reviews and their suggested recourse is for businesses to issue a public response.
