I instructed Fouzia Miller for my immigration case and unfortunately my experience fell well short of what I'd expect from a solicitor.
In my experience, emails and calls went unanswered for weeks key deadlines were missed and I wasn't kept informed of important developments advice I was given turned out to be inaccurate / paperwork was not filed when it should have been
The handling of my case caused real stress and, in my view, made an already difficult situation considerably worse — it ultimately contributed to the breakdown of my relationship. I expected a professional who would manage my matter carefully and communicate clearly, and that is not what I received.
I would not recommend Fouzia Miller based on my experience and I would encourage anyone considering instructing her to look carefully at their options first.

I took up their offer for a free will writing service. A guy came out to take the details over several hours in April and told me I would get a draft in 2 months. Now October and still waiting. Chased a few days ago and was told someone would ring me with questions but nobody has

If you do not offer this service why are you still promoting it? If I had gone for chargeable services he was selling it might have been a different story

Spoke to this company at secc about there will writing service they phoned few days after to make appointment to speak to my self and my wife about a will made and appointments wither them for a Saturday morning the company email me day before to confirm still ok for appointment I reply saying yes that's fine sit in all day waiting in them and they don't turn up or don't have the decency to phone and cancle. ....bunch of cowboys avoid at all costs

We had a seriously complicated, long and protracted sale and purchase that happily concluded successfully end of 2021. Jayne Sweeney at Bradley Solicitors Dover was just incredible! Through some extremely difficult times, she earned our trust and managed our stress with calm professionalism and kindness, her expertise was reassuring to say the least.
Should we ever have the misfortune of a house move again (!!!) - we would most certainly ask Jayne to act on our behalf. Highly recommended
