At this time, we have not received any direct contact from you, nor have any transaction details been provided that would allow us to identify or investigate your case.

Brainstove does not process charges without a valid transaction flow through regulated payment providers, and we do not have access to customers’ full card details. If a charge appears on a bank statement, it can only be investigated with reference information from the issuing bank or payment provider.

However, our service cannot just come up from nowhere and charge you. If the service charged you it means you provided the details to our signup page.
If the subscription is not something you want you can cancel the subscription at https://brainstove.com/?page=cancel

We are sorry you are thinking this way. However, we are not a scam company.
We never lied to our users or pretended to be some other company. To subscribe to our service you have to confirm several points which clearly explain our services.
So it is technically impossible to subscribe to our service without knowing what you are subscribing to.

Hello,
We can assure you that we did not scam you, you cannot get subscribed just by clicking the link. To subscribe to our service you need to provide the details and agree to several checkmarks, and only after that you are asked to confirm the pre-authorization charge. As a card owner, you can decline it and the subscription will not start. But if you confirm it the subscription will get activated and you will receive a welcome email confirming the subscription. Yet, if something went wrong and the subscription was not something you wanted you have time to cancel it within 3 free days.

Please note that it is technically impossible to get charged after the subscription is canceled unless you create a new subscription. So if the mistake happened, our team is glad to assist you. You can contact our support team at support@brainstove.com
However, if the charge comes from a different service there is nothing we can do as we have no control of other services.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear about your experience, however you are confusing us with another service.
The full charge cannot be on the same date as the 1 euro pre-authorisation. When you approve the 1 euro pre-authorization, the subscription is activated. You are provided 3 days to use the service for free. Only after 3 days from the subscription start can you be charged the monthly payment if the subscription is not canceled.
The charge every 2-3 hours is not possible.
