I ordered a c paid for two pairs of sunglasses at the beginning of September, I still have not received them . There is no customer service dept, just a bot in WhatsApp that repeats a generic message. I raised a query through PayPal, and received a message from Brand Alley this week asking me to retract it or they will not refund me !!!!

Order number uko144001634245 Purchased item, was not suitable for me so returned via Royal Mail first class next day delivery. Checked status next day confirmed it had been received back to Brand alley allowing 14 days & a multitude of emails no positive answer. Breaking their returns policy’s. Now raising dispute with bank.If you want stress disappointment,frustration & taking for a fool , USE THIS Company

Returned a dress 27days ago, proof of delivery received, but still no refund from Brandally, Not answering their phone, {chat with me} saying the same thing every time I talk to them saying (I will get my colleague to get in touch] no one ever does. What can I do now. Customer service non exsitence. Be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!! Placed order on 24th June 2026 and still not arrived almost 2 months later. All my emails, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages, Facebook messages and LiveChat messages to BrandAlley complaining go completely ignored and unanswered. Several calls go unanswered and cut-off after 20 minutes. Absolute DISGRACE. I've shopped with BrandAlley for years. Never going to order from them again. SHOCKING!!!

I am missing a bath towel from an order recieved a month ago and I emailed they are say the bundle was sent however the bath towel was not in the bundle I have been emailed and sent back numerous times just being sent round in circles with this company if they can do this once they will do it again loved brand alley but I have since found out they are in administration and I feel I have lost out now

Unacceptable delay in refund

This is the second time i have had problems trying to return goods. The system is poor. No tracking. No contact to say that they have received the goods. I have send my last return by Royal Mail tracking over 3 weeks ago. No email to say it has arrived. Contact with them is via a very inadequate Chat bot that refers you to an email. No reply to email and now waiting over 20 mins to speak to a human. This is one of the worst retail company's for returns. I will not use them on this basis. My issue is still not resolved.

Failure to delivery goods (they used EVRI) and now I am being asked to write a letter and send it to them in the post confirming that the good weren't delivered. Plus I get just 7 days to respond. Why is the burden of proof placed on the customer? Where are Evri's records? There was not even an attempt to deliver, no email nothing. And now I am put to more inconvenience. These delivery companies need to be held to account but retailers also need to accept that they will have deliveries lost and customers should not be footing the bill and inconvenienced. I shall stick to NEXT in future where I can pick up and return.

Buyer Beware. Since introducing market place sellers, everything is a shambles. They cut you off from telephone after a 20 min wait, this happened twice this week, they sent me an email on a no reply email address and their website has been updated so they informed me order history removed so cannot message them on that. Found an old email for Customer Service and messaged them there but no reply. I Cannot return unwanted items nor can I receive missing items from order. Have used this company for years but no longer.

Really, really bad experience with Deyongs and brand alley at the moment and still not resolved. They are completely ignoring me for a refund. I am still waiting for since April (now June) sent proof of dispatch back to them sent proof of delivery to them and still no response absolutely disgusting Customer Services and you can’t even speak to someone to take it higher. It was an order through brandAlley and they are equally as unresponsive and unhelpful. I warn you to stay away from Brand Alley and this company as you were not get your money back.

Return agreed 6 May. 11 June still waiting. Spoke to umpteen people who promised it will go to my bank. Assume you have to be a good liar to work there. Rang Customer Service today , waiting for 15 minutes then an anonymous voice informed me that the office was now closed and disconnected me. I’m wondering if they are going bust as they can’t pay me £32. Do not shop with them.

Why did I not read reviews first , ordered something beginning of April I still haven’t received it. This is a joke. This is a scam. Beware.

Avoid this company

Beware of buying anything, brand alley give orders to myriad Del Boy types, who are impossible when asked where refund is from AD Hope, nothing to do with us. This not the first time, but the last most definitely.

I've been buying from Brand Alley for a long time with no problems BUT recently I bought some trousers for my husband. I needed to return them as they weren't suitable. I was informed that they were from a "Trusted Partner" and I needed to return them to the firm direct.
A MONTH LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS HAVING RECEIVED ASSURANCES FROM THE TRUSTED PARTNER VIA BRAND ALLEY.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM STILL OWED MONEY AND A RETURN ADDRESS!
This trusted partner is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and I have now sadly halted my dealings with Brand Alley.

Prior to ordering Belstaff motorbike pants I spoke with customer services to confirm sizes received a very polite email confirming my question, ordered them at the best price online received 3 days later and very happy with them so far good.

I did not receive a parcel I ordered for Christmas next day delivery. The courier has now apparently sent the parcel back to sender. I have been informed that I will not receive a refund until the parcel has been received and inspected (when I have not even touched or see the parcel) which could take up to ten days. This hardly seems fair. Please do not use them if you want stuff for Christmas or if you would like a timely refund s when things go wrong with delivery
Really poor customer care

Massively fine down hill
So difficult to return products with high prices placed on them and big offers of discount
Only to find there’s cheap non designers products are cheaper on the web
I used to buy everything from here
So much rubbish I deserve compensation for wasted time and effort

Brand Alley is a company that offers great value for money and I do think it’s generally good as a company. I purchase regularly.
I do however feel the delay in returning refunds to my account is unacceptable . 14-15 days from the date Brand Alley acknowledged it was in receipt of the returned goods. Smarten up you return service Brand Alley

Avoid this website at all costs. They refuse to refund goods that are sent back (which you have to pay for, BTW!) and then ignore all correspondence (even PayPal cases). I had to get goods refunded via my bank.
