Very friendly fast service, happy client

So far so good with the Rok espresso maker! A nice step up from my Areopress. The Rok is seriously close to the real deal and at a fraction of the price of any decent machine. The milk foamer is the only negative from the product, but I didn't buy it for that, so who cares! I find warming the milk in the microwave for 40 secs and then using my £3 electric wisk from Tiger does a far better job anyway for my flat white. My grinder gives a better flavour than the burr I have, but I think my next purchase will be a decent bit of burr'in kit! Everything arrived on time and was well packaged from BrewTook.co.uk, nice one, thanks a lot guys! ;o)

Incredible customer service, even offered to meet me in central London when the postal service was having problems delivering the machine. The machine in it self is 100% perfect. Made the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life.

You don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong. A problem with the courier was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All emails responded to within an hour even late at night. They also had the best price on the Roko Espresso. Great company to deal with

BrewTool went above and beyond - I contacted them a few days before christmas to find out if I could potentially change the unit I'd bought after christmas, as my wife had suddenly announced a new colour scheme in the kitchen - they couriered a replacement in the right colour within 24 hours without batting an eyelid
