Beanz レビュー 

I took out a Beanz subscription after purchasing a Sage Dual Boiler (great machine) and am delighted I did so.

The subscription is good value and offered a way to try many different types of beans (you can specify your preferences), and I ended up preferring beans that I did not think I would.

Excellent service and I would certainly recommend it.

Coffee seems overpriced in order to squeeze money from their 25% discount for those joining having purchased a Sage/Breville machine. The lack of ability to rate each coffee on personal taste is also disappointing. I'm forgetting what I like/don't like.
I was also sent the wrong coffee one occassion but that issue was resolved well, and very quickly.
Overall - could do a lot better. I won't be sticking with them forever, but that 25% saving (up to £650) means that I'm not looking just yet as it's similarly priced to going direct, but all on one site.

Ich hatte zweimal eine Anfrage auf Stornierung gehabt und beide Male konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice , mit der Schnelligkeit und Problemlösung.

Fantastic service and v good coffee. I made a mistake ordering and they quickly put it right, even though it was my fault. Can't rate them highly enough.

Fantastic support team at Beanz. There were some issues with cash back. But the team supported me throughout until the cash back was sent into my account. Very happy with the team and resolution provided.

Although I receive great tasting coffee from beanz it is their customer service which stands out. Nikeziwe has assisted me twice in a timely and friendly manner which resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more.

Excellent customer service! I missed my parcel and it was sent back to the roaster. I got in touch with Beanz to ask if they can resend the coffee and got a quick response from Nikeziwe who sent a fresh batch of coffee, free of charge.

Super kulante Reklamation. Ich hatte 2x Bohnen die meine Sage Barista nicht mahlen konnte. Es gehen scheinbar nur dunkel geröstete Bohnen. Die Ware wurde komplett erstattet bzw. Ersatzbohnen nach eigener Auswahl zugesendet. Immer freundlich l, absolut zu empfehlen 👍

Bought a Sage machine with an offer of 2 bags of free coffee from Beanz.com. There were no choices for decaf so I messaged them. The two free bags arrived quickly and well packaged.

Nikeziwe replied that unfortunately decaf was not part of the offer. He then messaged me again and offered a complimentary bag of decaf which also arrived promptly. Very pleased with the customer service I received from Nikaziwe.
