selling low quality tyres with expensive price. I got 4 tyres and run 23K and already worn out. My tyres are Bridgestone Ecopia.

Thank you to the team for their amazing work and help. Lisa and Steven helped me to work my after pay out and helped me stay calm when I couldn't work out what was wrong. Thankyou to the fella's out the back for their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car fixed.

We took our car into Bridgestone Select Tyre And Auto Wetherill Park NSW to have a leaking tube replaced. It was replaced but the workmanship was bad. As soon as we saw our car we could see that the rim had a big scratch on it that definitely wasn’t there before. It also had dried lubricant on the wheel and rim. The mechanic/service person couldn’t even be bothered to just run a wet cloth over it. It was obvious they don’t take pride in their work. We dealt with David, he was very helpful from the start and offered to repair the rim at no cost to us, however, this was going to take 3-4 days. We’ve decided to get it repaired elsewhere. Your service staff need to do better.

Thank you so much for what your staff did to my car, Friday Morning. I went to go get tyres for my car well thank you again to your incompetement saff that broke my car and I had to get my car tow home that friday from use. Not happy at all. My car was fine on taking it there. On take my car there I got a call from one if your safe saying we are sorry we dont know whats happen we think we have broken your car some how one very upset person on whats happen all I have done is cry thinking why how could this of happen, and all I got was we are sorry thats it. Only person I want to thank from your shop is the guy that drive me home that day sorry for crying to you.

This is my 3rd set of tyres from this store. Over the ph I was told that they would get to my tyres around 830am and take approx 1.5 hrs. I got to the shop at 8.15 and the attendant said it was booked for 1130! He said theyd get to it after the first (quick) job and said would be done in 1.5-2 hrs. I returned at 10am and job had only started. I ended up waiting 3 hrs for the job to be done. When i politely expressed my disappointment the attendant said "all good". It wasnt all good, and he could have least apologised for the poor communication and time management. (Previous set was also slow as "they only had one guy on today") I'll go to kluse or Bob Jane next time!

I called before going in and the staff member I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and not at all salesy. I found a cheaper alternative but thats becayse the product was cheaper. I decided to spend a bit more and go with Bridgestone Derrimut. They were accommodating and also able to meet my needs on the day.

I got a nail in my tyre and took it straight into the Bundall shop. The team there were very professional and was able to fit me in. Got it fixed in no time, very impressed.

I have been going to Bridgestone in Nurioopta for many years. They always look after me very kind and courteous

Honest customer service

From first contact, Andrew and the team at Bridgestone Select Mount Barker have kept me up-to-date. I had ordered 4 tyres, but only 3 arrived. Andrew rang and said that he would chase the courier company. The next working day I received a call from Andrew to say that the tyre had arrived. I made a booking and today had the tyres fitted. wheel alignment in a little over 30 minutes. He had four guys doing the job so that they could get to lunch. Really impressed and thoroughly recommend.

Some years ago, Bridgestone Sandgate Qld rotated my tyres front to back, only that they're staggered. Rear wheels are wider than the front. They tried to blame me for the mix up. I stopped going there.
I thought I'd give them another go as I understand Sandgate is under new management. 6/7/26, I requested a quote from their Woody Point and Sandgate stores for fitting steering components. All OEM parts. I was given reference numbers and I was going to be contacted soon.
I was putting a lot of good faith in them only to be let down again. I've booked with another repairer but will still need alignment etc but I now have to drive further to someone else.

Fast efficient service, as always.

Had 4 new tyres fitted on Friday morning only to find that the incompetent tyre fitter has scratched the alloy wheels i paid to have tyres fitted not the alloy wheels damaged Bridgestone select will never get my business ever again next time I need new tyres mobile tyre shop has my business i don't recommend Bridgestone select to anyone
