I had a great experience with Bridgestone Tyres Castle Hill and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I originally thought I only needed two new tyres for my BMW X4, but Daniel G took the time to honestly explain why all four tyres should be replaced. There was absolutely no pressure—just genuine advice that helped me make the right decision.

Daniel gave me a couple of options to choose from based on my budget, and I ended up getting an incredible deal: four new tyres for under $1,600. Like most people, I shopped around and obtained several quotes, but nobody could come close to matching the price and value I received from Bridgestone Castle Hill.

What really stood out was Daniel's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. I was under a very tight deadline and needed the tyres replaced before a snow trip. Despite the short timeframe, Daniel managed to fit me in and get everything sorted quickly and efficiently.

After another tyre shop was unable to locate a slow leak in my front left tyre, I took my vehicle to Bridgestone Coolaroo. Mohammad provided prompt assistance right away. Within minutes, the team discovered the leak was coming from an old, unrepairable patch. Mohammad was incredibly helpful, guiding me through pricing and options to find a new tyre that closely matched my current tread pattern. He also gave great advice regarding balance and noise considerations since my other tyres still have 70% tread left. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

Darcy served me at front counter after I had 4 new tyres fitted. Phones going nuts, other client waiting but he was very patient and gave me his undivided attention. I asked if the 4th almost new tyre had been put onto spare, advised he had not been informed but was willing to do it right away. I suggested I could leave spare and collect following day. When Darcy looked at existing spare he said it was already in excellent condition. He suggested I not waste the almost new tyre and he loaded it into the boot for me to take home. Very honest behaviour and advice. Totally impressed with Darcy and service. Thanks. I will be back .

We had two tyres ordered for us from 200kilometres away, to be fitted the next day when we arrived.
It was 2 o'clock and completed by 2.45
The service was excellent with no waiting, the employees were helpful in every way and polite.

My Mitsubishi ASX was stuck in the undercover car park at Wethrill Park and needed a recovery vehichle to move it out after explaining this to the manager of Bridgstone Wethrill Park he and two workers come over to my car and pushed it all the way out then towed it to the workshop replacing the starter motor i have not express enough gratiude THANK YOU to David and his GREAT staff

I took my ford territory for 18 months inspection about 3 weeks ago. The technician checked and told me everything was ok. I got the vehicle serviced and my mechanic told me the tyre inn front were wearing off inside part. the technician told lies about it. Today I had Bob jane tyre did lineament and told me it was all wrong. nothing was in line. Please don't take risk like me by going to Bridgestone Keysbrough

The office team were enthusiastic and friendly, the service they completed with the video footage was unexpected. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is I waited a little longer than I thought I would have to, and they had a fishing show on the TV 😜

Booked to get 4 new tyres as it has been nearly 2 years since I last bought tyres at the Rowbille store. As I don't drive a lot and not heavy on my brakes they advised me I didn't need new tyres. Wow, an honest business. So they rotated my tyres. Highly recommend this business. Very impressed.

Qualify, service, availability

On 11/10/2025, I purchased a full set of Bridgestone BR2256517HD470CR tyres from Bridgestone Biggera Waters.
As a rideshare driver who spends five days a week on the road, I specifically sought what I believed would be professional advice on the most suitable tyre for this type of work. I trusted the recommendation I was given.
While I only had the initial 10,000 km tyre rotation completed by Bridgestone, my own mechanic subsequently carried out two further rotations, balancing, and wheel alignments to ensure the tyres were maintained correctly.
These tyres were fitted when my vehicle's odometer reading was 249,648 km. I was shocked when, during a recent service, my mechanic called to advise that three tyres were already at the minimum legal tread depth and the fourth was very close. My current odometer reading is 284,434 km, meaning these tyres have lasted less than 35,000 km.
I believe most people would agree that this is an appalling lifespan for a set of tyres that were specifically recommended for a high-mileage rideshare vehicle.
I am not someone who enjoys confrontation, especially given my previous experience with this business. I had taken my vehicle to them to investigate a persistent squealing noise. I was advised that the brake pads fitted elsewhere only two months earlier were of poor quality and that I should replace them with their supposedly superior Brembo Disc Pad Set Nao Ceramic pads, which I did.
Unfortunately, the squealing noise remained. I was then told the issue was likely the wheel bearings. Seeking a second opinion, I took the vehicle elsewhere and discovered the actual cause was a cover plate rubbing on an aluminium differential housing near the tailshaft connection.
Based on my experiences with both the tyre recommendation and the misdiagnosis of the squealing issue, my advice to anyone considering this business is simple:
LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I was stranded on the side of the highway after my car started playing up, and I genuinely thought it was an alternator issue. They arrived incredibly quickly, assessed the vehicle properly, and took the time to make sure they found the actual problem instead of just guessing.

Thankfully it turned out to be the battery, which they replaced on the spot. From the time I called to being back on the road was only about an hour.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring during a stressful situation. The service was outstanding and I am so grateful for how quickly they got me safely moving again.

Got a flat tyre on way to Sydney from sunshine coast. Called in to see if I could get a replacement or a repair. Bloke behind the desk was no help and very very rude.
