Bec n the workshop boys were amazing! We're travelling .... gave them short notice to give us 2 new tyres on our van. We were in that day ... job done - extra prudent advice given and taken. Well done guys - thanks

We got 4 new tyres from them and after almost 4 months the 2 back tyres were worn off and one of them got totally flat! Now we have to pay again for new tyres as they don't take the blame. They didn't do an alignment and neither they informed us of how important it was to be done. They just wanted us to pay for 4 wheels and now the car needs more things to get repaired than changing the tyres!!! Unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat clients! Ripping us off and not explaining so basic things!!! Also really unacceptable not to take the blame and pointing on us the fault! I am not a mechanic!

Bridgestone artarmon is a very convenient store for me living a bit north of there. The manager Justin and his team are excellent and customer focussed. Including the tyre ops guys themselves. Advice I get from that shop is always helpful. As for the brand I’ve been buying Bridgestone since 1990 when I put some 237(I think but it was a long time ago) on my company car v6 manual commodore and they transformed the car. I’ve since had S03s on Saabs and currently on my golf. I’ve also been running 694 and now 697s on pajeros for 15 years and these consistently great. Please keep it up, this is my go to tyre shop.

Btw the date program needs to allow a range eg 1990 to present

Thanks to Andrew and James for helping me out with my Winnabago Foot Stabilizer problem the boys said no problem lets hoist it up and take a look...
End result the bent stabilizer was removed and interchanged with the other side which can be reversed
it saved me around $2500 for a replacement their cost $320 Very pleased with the extra mile Andrew and his staff go,3 of my other work vehicles have been serviced already with agreat outcome well done to you all, They Come highly recomended by me,

Just had some good old customer service in West Perth
Had a problem with using the air compressors at several garages - Wouldn't pump air into my tyres - Contacted Rob - he suggested bringing the car in this morning to check the valves. I saw Dillon who checked the pressure for me on all 4 tyres and topped up to recommended pressure. So nice to deal with young happy people who enjoy their work. You don't come across this very often these days.

Customer oriented, friendly, very helpful, obliging and did a great job very quickly.

The immediacy of customer engagement and response onsite

I was a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, really disappointing. I placed a booking approx two weeks in advance yet when I arrived Kilsyth Bridgestone hadn’t even ordered the tyres for my car — despite having all my vehicle details on file. The younger staff members have always been polite and helpful, but the older bloke I’ve dealt with over the last few years comes across as a bit abrupt and lacks customer service. After being a long-term customer, I expected much better organisation and communication. Complete waste of my morning.

They are a ripp off $86.90 to change a Valve stem I have paid from 1$15 to $44.00 through Australia apart from being very rude and I should have ask how much before but did not expect that. $4.40 for a VALVE stem $82.50 to fit a VALVE stem WHAT A RIPOFF STAYAWAY in my opinion.

I was notified of needing a significant repair at the time of my tyre rotation, they still went ahead with doing a wheel alignment and I was charged knowing I needed an urgent repair.
I feel taken advantage of. The wheel alignment should not of been done and the car should have been returned straight away when the fault was noticed.

An excellent team of people, expert advice and service. Highly recommended , great friendly business.

Took my Mercedes to Victoria Point to investigate a clunk noise when turning full left or right at slow speeds. It was obviously not an easy fault to identify but the guys didn't give up and kept working until they found the root cause. No parts were required and the labour cost was extremely reasonable. Very happy with their work and I'll be back to see them for the next tyre/suspension job.

I had an emergency with my car at the start of a long weekend. Travelling from Tamworth I had no idea what to do. Keith at Nambucca Heads went above and beyond to get me a spare part last minute from Coffs Harbour, and fixed my car! This is old school country service, Keith you’re a legend
