My trip with Brightwater exceeded my expectations. It was well organized, the gardens were wonderful and planning was good. Our Hotel locations made our travel days convenient. I appreciated the meals, most planned but some on my own. Booking the trip went smoothly. Overall a memorable trip.

Good coach tour
Good coach tour. All gardens were beautiful especially Highgrove, where we had a guided tour & lunch. Excellent coach driver & tour guide gave information on each garden before we arrived. Hotel was good but food could be improved with more choice . More idea of homeward drop off time would have been useful so arrangements could be made for onward travel.

Brightwater website horrendous!!!!
The Brightwater website is totally rubbish and it is incredibly difficult to find the wanted holiday as the selection section does not work! I initially tried booking online but couldnât complete the booking because my email address (previous used with Brightwater) was rejected as having been used before. I phoned to make the booking in the end as was told that there were horrendous problems with the website and that it was being completely replaced in the coming months. The Brightwater website is honestly impassible to use!!!! ð¡

Very poor pre-trip communication
Very poor pre-trip communication. Trip to gardens went ahead without amendment, despite Exceptional Weather Alert [Red ] and advice not to travel into the area unless essential. Absolutely no proactive contact from Brightwater when Red Alert issued. When I contacted them, not permitted to discuss this decision directly with decision-maker. Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility exposing elderly people to extreme weather. Dismissive and patronising.
