Disgraceful.... I purchased 2 x pillows at a whooping £65 odd, took 2½ weeks to arrive. And when it did there was 1 missing.
Now needing to wait for them to reply.

Made in China I think, not UK. Quality ok, but the dip in the pillow where you rest your head is not shallow enough. 7/10

Not sure if my pillow is genuine it has no label on pillow as it shows on website, no packing slip in parcel. It is not as deep as it appears on advert. Having slept on it, it is ok,but becomes very warm.

I haven't been able to sleep with the pillow, it has only been 3 days (nights) so I am going to give it a bit longer to see if my sleep improves.
