We’re glad to hear you're getting relief from the ergonomic design — and that you won't be going back to traditional pillows any time soon!

Great idea using your own pillowcase with aromatherapy — that’s a lovely personal touch. And yes, you're absolutely right — the pillow is made from premium memory foam, and the small holes are from the manufacturing process where the inner cover is secured. They don’t affect performance at all, but being gentle when swapping covers is definitely the right approach.

We’d like to clarify that when we say returns must be in their original condition, we don’t mean unopened. We completely understand that you’d need to try the product to know if it’s suitable. What we ask is simply that the pillow is returned in a clean, hygienic condition — not damaged or overly worn — so it can be safely processed.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. A strong smell is not something we expect from our pillows, and we completely understand how disappointing that must be.

Sometimes, due to vacuum packing and fresh production, a mild scent can occur — but it should fade within a day or two once aired out. If the smell has persisted or is particularly unpleasant, we’d really appreciate the chance to make this right for you.
