Pillow arrived promptly and I am finding it extremely comfortable. I have been dreaming much more since i started usuing it so perhaps that means the quality of my sleep is improving? Thank you so much and sweet dreams to all....

Wasn't sure about this pillow but thought I'd give it a go as I've had a stiff neck when I get up ,very impressed no more stiffness even though I've only been using it for a couple of days ,on a down side it seems to make me hot

I feel my head and neck are well supported and I wake up with much less pain. Thank you

The product is poor. So soft and offers little support compared with what they have claimed in the advert in my opinion

Arrived fairly promptly

It's very comfortable. If anything I think it could do with being a bit thiker to hug the kneck a bit more but I have slept better I am having treatment after kneck problem a while thank you .

Pillow feels soft and comfortable but takes a bit of getting used to from your normal one

I ordered my pillow early July 2025 alongside with pillow case, instructions recommended to air pillow for 24 hours to inflate which l did.
After 24 hours the pillow was still very flat and of no use or support so l returned the pillow to the address on the British Pillow website via recorded delivery, l emailed twice advising of the return and reason why and l also called their helpline which just goes to a blank voicemail.
In that period since returning the pillow on 7 July 2025 British Pillow Company have made no effort to respond to my query, the return address on their website is a residential address and Royal Mail have tried twice to deliver and requested British Pillow Company to rebook a re delivery to accept the pillow, needless to say it’s still with Royal Mail.
It’s now in the hands of my credit card provider that l used to pay for the pillow and case and l have disputed the payment of £57.98 rule S75 of the consumer credit act 1974 of which l hopefully won’t have to pay.
British Pillow Company you are a disgrace, zero customer follow up, your very quick at accepting orders for an inferior product and have no interest in after sales or queries from your customers, it’s now in the hands of Amex to get my money back, stay clear of this unresponsive and scam of a company.

Unfortunately TBPC have blocked me from FB leaving a review & still absolutely zero communication from them which is absolutely poor, poor product, scam of a company

So comfortable as i have spondalosus.

I had seen this advertised and couldn't decide whether it would work for me. Decision made, I bought one with a spare cover to use when doing laundry. From the first night's use, I knew I had made the correct decision.

Recovery from a broken hip, I need to sleep solely on my back. It was so comfortable that I slept the whole night through and didn't snore either!

The pillow is so lightweight and moulded in such a way that my arms fit in the upper sides so well.

Excellent service, fast delivery and quality product.

After trying the pillow for a while I decided it was not doing my aching neck any good so decided to return it. Looked for return label but there wasn’t one! Most pillows give trial period and facility to return.

Great product helped me sleep better

Bought 2 pillows, tried them for 14 days, found them uncomfortable and not as good as advertised, sent them back as per instructed, refund supposed to take 3-5 days, now over 2 weeks and despite 3 emails have had no response. Tried telephoning the number on their website but not recognised so cannot speak to them.
Where do I go if cannot phone and they do not respond to emails, will have to try a letter - not hopeful - would advise to give this Company a wide berth. Have now got my money back via Paypal. (see review dated 23/7/25)

I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I was finding it difficult to sleep because I was having to back sleep when I was a previous side sleeper. My neck was causing me problems post surgery even though my surgery was in the lumbar region. Saw this butterfly pillow and thought I would give it a try. I’m very pleased with the outcome given that I was sceptical and not expecting much difference. Well I was wrong. My nights are more comfortable. I’m sleeping better and my neck pain is improving. The pillow arrived promptly too! Thank you.

Pillow arrived late and when I tried contacting company via email/phone/messenger no response and they blocked me which didn’t bode well as I only wanted answers to where the item was and of course, this was so unprofessional. Pillow ok not the best ergonomic pillow I’ve had and I bought the case too so pillow keeps sliding off bed - maybe I fidget too much! Overall: pillow ok, bit overpriced and it’s a shame the customer service so poor (non existent) as you query the authenticity of the company which is sad if they are trying hard to build it up.

I ordered on June the 9th and received a notification thanking me for my order and to say the item has been dispatched. It seems that it has showing as processing at the transport hub since 8.48 pm on the 10th. I contacted tbpc to say the item hasn't arrived although it was supposed to be express delivery. I'm now wondering if it is a scam . I did get a reply from tbpc initially asking for the order number, but after responding to them haven't received any further update. Contacting Evri ( the delivery company) they said it would be delivered on the 16 and they would contact me on the 17th before 10 am if I hadn't received it still.
It is now 15.45 on 17th and I've still had no contact . I can only presume that tbpc are poor payers to the courier company or Evri are just being useless as usual; but either way TBPC are seemingly terrible at customer service. I also tried calling them on their number which is only a mobile number, which again seems very suspicious.

I certainly wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
