Gentleman was very polite looked into it and explained it was my fault as I had ordered after 1300

Excellent customer service

Tried ordering equivalent products online from B&Q and on two occasions received incorrect qtys (5 packs of 10 parts and instead received just 5 parts). BS managed to supply the 50 required as requested within 24 hrs. Simples! As an added bonus, the parts are of better quality and cheaper. Will definitely use again.
