160mm Tamtorque clamp replaced by 130mm
Hi, I ordered a selection of Tamtorque clamps of different sizes (2 x 70mm, 8 x 100mm, 2 x 130mm, and 1 x 160mm).
The 160mm was replaced by another 130mm.

Firstly, thank you for your order, and I’m very sorry if there was any confusion with your delivery time.
I can see you placed your order with us on Thursday 24th at 17:03 which is past our cut-off point of 1 pm for next-day delivery so this was sent out on Friday 25th on a next-day service.
I have checked the courier tracking, and your items should be delivered between 14:12 and 15:12 today.

Very quick service
Slightly disappointed to hear the item was out of stock after showing in stock.
However impressed they got it back in stock the next day and delivered to us on a Saturday.
So very happy with the honesty and overall speed.

Good product but unfair postal charges.
The product is fine. However, I was surprised and annoyed by the fee charged for posting the product. When I send eBay sales through the post I can send a parcel which is much heavier and larger than my panel nails sent by BS Fixings. It is unfair and just a way to raise product sales surplus. You really should stop this approach because it is vaguely scammy!

Hi Alan, thank you for your feedback. We will certainly take this on board. I just want to assure you that the delivery prices that we charge on our website are the same as what we are charged by the couriers. There are cheaper couriers that we could choose however we have chosen to work with our current delivery company as we have found them to offer the most reliable service. It's really important for us to be able to offer quick and reliable delivery of our products so this is why we pay slightly more for the better couriers. I hope you can understand. I will certainly take your feedback on board and see if we can work on reducing our rates, or possibly offering multiple delivery services.
