Very helpful in the sale of my house last year, would recommend.

Mixed service.
Really helpful with the sale of my property, however they had listed the property for rental, had viewings with perspective tenants and agreed rental on behalf of the new buyers before the sale had completed, of which I was not made aware of.

Success!
Very polite and efficient service.
Always returned our 'phone calls as soon as possible if the person we wanted was unavailable.
The sale went through smoothly even though it was the start of the Lockdowns
and was slightly delayed as it coincided
with Easter weekend. The delay was the Banks fault not yours.
Would recommend you to friends and family.

We have received a good service from B. Simmons and are happy to continue with them. We feel reassured that they keep a check on our house and arrange any work and inspections on our behalf to be done.

There is nothing like no star
There is nothing like no star. Purchased through them. After a difficult completion, never heard from them, not even a card nor a Congratulations.
You may get paid by the seller only but remember it’s the buyer who pays the money.

We understand and were party to the difficulties of your purchase. We feel we went above and beyond with your transaction (helping both the seller and you as a buyer to ensure the sale went through) We wouldn't usually send cards of congratulations to clients.
