I highly recommend BTR people tell you that moving is stressful well not with BTR very professional and contact from start to finish

They handled our Dublin to Boston shipment in a seamless manner affording a worry free delivery.Wonderful communication both in terms of accessibility/response time but also with welcome updates keeping us informed from the start to finish . Sameen along with All on the team were super !!

BTR facilitated a domestic move for me with speed, thoughtfulness, professionalism, & care. I am highly satisfied with the experience right from initial contracting & planning to delivery & unpacking.

È incredibile il fatto che qualcuno deva pagare il costo di spedizione è vengono queste persone con tutta la tranquillità di questo mondo a cambiare ogni programma, ragazzi sé date una data è un orario preciso e nemmeno venite a casa per dopo dire che non siete riusciti a consegnare perche non c'erano delle persone a casa, c'erano eccome. Un ritardo tutti riescono a capirlo ma essere così sfacciati al punto di dire bugie per nascondere ì vostri errori non meritate nemmeno la stella.

UK to Dubai shipping. I write this review 18 months after I first paid BTR and confirmed my order to be received at destination in 8-10 weeks. The pre-sales team is excellent, providing clear concise info, and gave a lot of confidence in their service. The pack up crew arrived on time, were quick and efficient and worked their way through our home.
This is where the good service ended.
I had a call from BTR asking for 200GBP more as the TV box had to be changed - even thought I gave them the exact dimensions and model number. Reluctantly I paid.
The packing agents told me that the volume was less than what I had estimated with the sales team, so there would be a pro-rata refund of the difference. Sales team said that the packing team was wrong and refused.
I was also told that after packing, my goods would be on a shop within 7-10 calendar days.
BTR then became unresponsive. My good were sat god knows where for 10 weeks!
Then finally I got a notification for the shipping, and I tracked the ship for 5 weeks until my goods reached Dubai.
Then my goods sat in the Dubai port for a week, and I get a call to have it delivered. The next issue, they said the delivery route is longer than expected. Like most people I am in an apartment, and there is a flat route with a service lift. They charged an 300GBP as they would need to pull the trolley to the service lift. At this point I just paid up as there were holding my goods hostage.
They unpacked, we found many broken items, which we half expected.
Took the pictures and filled out the forms for the insurance. Next issue - the insurance we paid for was 0GBP excess! Now they claimed that was not the case and there was an excess of $500 USD!!! I went through all the paper work and couldn't find a clause.
Extremely fed up, I agreed, and asked for the value minus excess to be paid.
They only send cheques! I have been chasing them for over a year to send it. They keep saying that its being returned, they refuse to do a bank transfer, they refuse to give me a tracking number.
BTR can keep the money.
I will not be using nor recommending their service.
They added an unprecedented amount of stress to a relocation, which is already hard enough with family.

I now give up.

I recently used BTR for a complex international move from Ireland to two separate locations—one in the US and another in Malaysia. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their service from start to finish.
The process began with a helpful introduction call by Kav, and every step that followed was handled with care and expertise. The moving crew in Ireland was excellent; they arrived right on time and did an amazing job with the packing.
A special thank you to Sameen, who was our point of contact throughout the transit. Sameen kept us consistently updated and was always very responsive to our questions, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. From the initial packing to the final delivery and unpacking, every detail was managed professionally.
I would definitely recommend BTR to anyone in need of international moving services.

Everything went really smooth, we had two great contact persons who were always coordinating everything and kept us updated with the status. All questions we had, have been taken care of right away. Couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of service. Highly recommend!

Great company, very helpful with every step of the process delivering our goods from Ireland to Perth Australia. I would highly recommend BTR.

The customer service was great. I moved from London to NewYork and was very nervous and Kavi worked with me remotely every step of way. She was always there for me. It was like working with a friend who has your back.
They got me a good quote. The packers were friendly and efficient, packing, taking everything away and boarding the van. It took the stress of packing out of the move.
The downside was that it took longer than I expected for the shipment to arrive, but it all got here in the end and everything was packed well. There was little damage, and I was happy.
I was a little dismayed with the movers at the Brooklyn end and I wish I had someone with me when they came. However it was all okay in the end. I will use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them, specially the service side and Uk side.

The customer service is second to none. Everyone I reached out to was helpful and they were always available. When I was looking for help moving, I cast a wide net and didn’t know much about about any of the companies and BTR set up a meeting where they introduced themselves and explained what they could provide and answered all of my questions.

We relocated from London to Dubai, and BTR was recommended to us by a friend. I also compared around eight shipping companies in London, and BTR offered the BEST combination of price and service.

Faizan was extremely responsive to all our questions and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. The packing was done carefully and efficiently, and all of our belongings arrived in Dubai within two months in perfect condition.

The delivery was seamless, with boxes dropped off efficiently and without any issues. I was particularly concerned that our clothes might develop mould or unpleasant odours during transit, but everything arrived clean, fresh, and undamaged.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Many thanks to Faizan and Sameen for their outstanding professionalism and support. We would definitely recommend BTR.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

The BTR team did a good job from start to finish. The removal and delivery teams in the UK and Canada were on time and excellent. Communication was always timely and clear and Kavi was a great leader and the reason we have used BTR twice now. I would choose BTR again.

I highly recommend Btrinternational. Since the beginning we had a smooth communication. I had household goods sent from Scotland to Dubai qnd everything arrived in the best condition. Everything has been packed and boxed carefully by the company staff and they were very quick. During the transport l had weekly emails updating me about the progress and the delivery date, which has been done in the promised timeframe. Faizan is very prompt in answering the messages and he is very clear into explaining about the whole process and insurance. Honestly l was expecting the whole move to be very expenaive but on the contrary it was extremely affordable. Thank you guys and l will deffinetly reccomend your services!
