Easy breezy! Would recommend 100x over.
For the price, it was totally worth it — pre-consultation was done upfront, followed by multiple Zoom calls to help determine volume and logistics. On packing day, the team came and packed everything really well. I got regular updates every few weeks so I didn’t have to worry, and about 2 months later, everything arrived safely. Big thanks to the BTR international team for making this move so smooth!

Really great service, just took a little long. But I would recommend for price and communication and they are very trustworthy. Just don't expect to get your stuff too quick!

Great service from BTR, I received my items in good conditions. I did take longer that expected and some port charges popped up last minute but that was something that theh had warned me may happen. Overall I recommend it.

Without hesitation you should be using BTR to ship your contents across the globe. We recently completed our move from UK to Dubai and want to thank BTR for making it so smooth. A brilliant experience! Of course, for such a big move, I was nervous. But entrusting the BTR team with handling the moving of my entire home, my dogs, helping with my immigration etc. was the best decision I could have made to allow me to adjust to this major life change. We moved from Kent, UK, to Madrid, Spain, all processes were very well explained, my questions were never too much for the coordinator and everything was so simple and friendly. I’ll be using BTR for the next move too!

I shipped about 1/3rd of my house belongings from UK to US including furniture, entertainment, personal belongings and sporting goods. BTR was highly communicative from quote to until the day our stuff arrived in US. I never felt I was left in the dark. The communication was always re-assuring. Our belongings did spend sometime in the warehouse in UK waiting to be shipped and this was expected given the timeframe. Couple of items were damaged and I claimed insurance which was also very promptly and smoothly handled. All in all I will use them again and recommend to my friends/acquaintance. Thanks BTR!

I used BTR to ship my belongings from the UK to Dubai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was smooth and professional, right from collection through to final delivery. I was assisted by Faizan Ahmed and Catherine De La Cruz for the shipment of my items from London to Abu Dhabi, which included an upright piano. I found the communication very open and transparent when negotiating terms, the pricing was fair and I received my shipment door to door in a very timely manner. Pleasant packing and delivery crew.

Used BTR and their Dubai partner to ship belongings from the UK. There are parts of the journey they can't control and so can't be blamed for any delays once on the sea. But the bits they do control they did fantastically, 10/10, from the packing up in the UK to the unpacking in Dubai. It was great and met the deadlines they set themselves. Our treasured posessions got here in one piece. Thank you everyone.

I’ve just used BTR as part of my move from London to Tokyo. I only have good things to say. The communication was excellent from the moment the process began and I was kept updated in a timely manner through the entirety of the move of the current status of all things. My main point of contact in the process was a guy called Vishal who was fantastic throughout and made the whole moving process very smooth. If I ever need to move overseas again I would absolutely use BTR for all reasons outlined above and for the high quality of service provided. I would happily recommend BTR to anyone who is looking for help with their move.

I had a good experience working with Vishal and BTR International for my move from the UK to the USA. Vishal was always accessible and patient with answering any questions that I had. He kept me updated throughout the transport process so I never had to worry about where my shipment was.

I have recently relocated to Hong Kong and was supported by the BTR team. The service end to end was professional and well planned. I had a great experience from the point of packing to delivery including timely and responsive communication by Vishal and team.

I will thus company a 0 star if possible. At the time of signing the contract I was told I will get my shipment as early as possible.

My items were collected around 12th of August, they weren't shipped until 3rd of October.

Ship was due to arrive to UAE in November (19th) on the day of arrival email came saying the ship didn't stop at the dubai port, then vessel was due to arrive on 19th dec, it didnt arrive, then we were told vessel would leave indian port on 16, it didn't and now it will arrive end of December.

We were relocating to Dubai from UK and heard alot of horrific stories. Spoke to a lot of shipping companies to ship our belongings to Dubai. Found BTR online, company review was good, had the pleasure of dealing with Faizan Ahmad. Have to say his professionalism and attention to detail was exquisite. He told us the whole process from start to end. The guys came on the day to pack, went smoothly. Stored our belongings in the BTR warehouse for a month as we had to wait for our visa to be in place. Once we gave the word the shipment was sent. Delivered exactly when instructed, nothing damaged. On both sides I had contacts. Have to say I will definitely be using BTR and Faizan Ahmad again. Pleasure dealing with them.
