I didn’t realize I signed up for an account that charges you. I did this for some shoes. The lady that responded agreed to help me and compensate my charges but I had to leave a review in order to finalize it.

My issue was resolved promptly by the customer service department. The customer service representative was resourceful with knowledge and able to help resolve my issue promptly.

Eric was great at getting my account cancelled. Though for some reason I am still having to leave a review for it to be finalized? Ultimately, this is the silliest website and scam! Do not sign up for it.
