There was a problem with delivery however I emailed company and a lovely lady called Margaret sorted it out and even upgraded the flowers as a good will gesture. The flowers were beautiful.

I placed an order for flowers for a friends birthday two days before her birthday. I paid £35 for a bouquet of flowers. On my friends birthday, at 5.30pm she had not receive her flowers. I phoned the florist and all I got was an answering machine telling me to send an email. That is not good enough, they could easily provide a mobile phone number if they are out on deliveries. It is now 7pm and I have heard nothing from the florist and the flowers have still not been received. Terrible service with non-existent communication. Will never use them again!

I ordered flowers on 20th October for next day delivery for my nephews funeral on 22nd October. They didn’t arrive on time despite their assertion that they had and were not as pictured on their website when they arrived a day late. For the past month I have been trying to resolve the situation as I feel I am due a refund for breach of contract. However I am constantly being fobbed off by Margaret with excuses e.g. “I need to speak to driver”, and have been asked what was done with the flowers. REALLY!!!! After 1 month?
They owe me £39.95. BEWARE of this company

Ordered same day and like everyone else believed this company was local to them, had emails from a Margaret on a different names email received only 2 emails now she is ignoring me after I questioned why if it apparently was tried delivering yesterday there was no note to say so. Apparently coming today but again no actual evidence. To me this company has paid to ensure they come up first on Google regardless where you are in the UK to make a quick buck and then mess people around. If I do not receive my order I will sure to be pushing for a refund

Despite the reviews, the flowers I ordered were beautiful, well priced and delivered without any issues.

I ordered a medium bouquet to be delivered to a friend following surgery. The bouquet delivered was very disappointing and nothing like the photo on the website. After contacting Busy Bees I received an apology and a new bouquet was delivered. I was very happy with this second bouquet and the way Busy Bees resolved my complaint. Had it not been for the first poor bouquet, I would have rated much higher than 3 stars.

Ordered from the company before seeing all the reviews which had me panicking.

However order came when planned. The flowers are really nice and my significant other is over the moon.

I have given it a 4 because I did not receive a confirmation email to say they were out or that they had been delivered.
This meant I had to contact them via telephone but the lady I spoke with was very helpful. If that process was improved I would give them a 5.

Late delivery with missing item, no apology and no refund one month and several emails on. Appalling customer service. Wish I looked at Trustpilot reviews and not the reviews on their website. To add insult to the injury the flowers were left outside open to the elements over a full weekend despite notifying them in advance. Avoid at all costs as they are not reliable nor trustworthy.

Awful! Don't use this company! I paid over the odds for same day delivery and didn't get it!! Received an email to say unable to deliver... delivered the next day by ROYAL MAIL even though they're based in the same town as the recipient! Oh and no message attached, so she didn't know who had sent them...!! Diabolical company..... oh and the flowers do not look like £50 worth!!

SCAM...they are not based in local towns. This is an umbrella company. You are not getting flowers from a local florist as searched for on Google

Don’t use this company.

I ordered some flowers for next day delivery. This wasn’t achieved and I was told they would be out the following day. This was frustrating but fine. The following day they arrived as promised and looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered. Considering I had been emailing someone who worked at the company about the flowers and how these were a special gift for a 50th anniversary. I ordered white flowers with a few yellow roses throughout, a full bunch. The flowers that came were bright orange and bright yellow throughout! Not a single white flower in them and different flowers to the photo. Now it says on the website they will substitute certain flowers to the style, quality and value but this big of a difference seems shocking!
I emailed with photographs and said that this wasn’t what I ordered to this same lady I had been emailing who agreed that there was a huge difference and she would speak to her manager.
I have since been emailing for around 2/3 weeks now and have been offered £10 after paying £70 for the flowers or a gift card to re-order.
I rang the company today to speak to them in person about this issue as trying to get somewhere over email was proving challenging and I was met with an extremely rude lady who kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me explain and told me that she couldn’t help me and I was washing my breath. When I asked if I could speak to someone she said the boss couldn’t speak as she was hard of hearing and they were an online company anyway so did not speak or take complaints over the phone, it was all done via email. I said I had been speaking to this lady via email to which she said no you are speaking to someone with a different name as the person I believed I had been speaking to had left so they were just using her email address still!
I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to such as another manager above the one I was told I couldn’t speak to and was told she didn’t know as it was above her pay grade.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I will never use this place again.

Very disappointed in the service and totally dismayed that I trusted this florist to deliver flowers for my daughter’s birthday.
The order was placed on Saturday morning and I received an email on Monday stating the flowers would be delivered today- a day after the event. Despite numerous emails my daughter still has not received the flowers and I have not received any explanation.
I have requested a full refund, but to no avail as yet.
Please avoid using this company.

Ordered flowers for my daughter as a surprise. Was told the delivery was between 12pm and 1pm, the driver was 3 deliveries away. 5.15pm still no flowers. Had to speak to my daughter to see if anything was delivered.no surprise anymore. Called today was told a system error. Flowers have arrived. Not great flowers would probably get better ones from Tesco’s. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Rubbish Service
Having had a previous positive experience with this company, which appears to be a rarity, I decided to buy again, this time to be sent to a Leeds address. Wish I hadn't.

Ordered the SAME DAY extra large, within their time frame, for my sister's birthday. They arrived a day late after I'd got her to wait in all way. So that night I told them to cancel the order and refund me but instead they delivered them the following day. Too late! My sister sent me a photo of the flowers and it didn't even look like an extra large bunch. I was too embarrassed to ask her about the quality of the flowers and could only hope they were not as scabby as other buyers have said.

No response to my 3 emails. I should have stopped the payment at the bank. Well, we have other birthdays and wedding coming up, and they won't be getting those orders or any others, ever!

Flowers arrived on time....not as ordered. Bulked up with lots of leaves that had white blight/mildew on them. (No leaves at all in picture) Flowers and card squashed in box. Whole thing looked tatty with no where near as many flowers as expected. Looked nothing like the picture...Looked sad on my mums grave. Cost £60 not worth £20

Should have read the reviews before ordering with them. Order flowers in advance to be delivered at the hotel where my sister in law was going to stay, first time she visited us. The request was for Saturday the 17th at their arrival and I specifically asked to be notified of the delivery. Surprise, surprise they didn't receive nothing and no confirmation was sent to me. Tried calling Busy bee and send an email enquiring about the flowers, no reply.
When I asked if they were a SCAM company, finally had a reaction from Margaret, saying they did deliver the flowers.
I enquired at the hotel and shared with them the few details I had about the supposed delivery, nothing.
Rude response from Busy Bee and Margaret, lack of professionalism, honesty and not a drop of accountability from the service that was paid. No offer to refund and even said I should ask CCTV from the hotel???!!! I should not!
What I should is never to use this service again and I hope people in the future are more savy then me and come to look for the reviews first. Do Not Use This Company.

This is a follow on from my review on the 12th August, despite emails and calls to cancel the flowers that failed to arrive the same day they still delivered them late on the 13th August, same excuse, an emergency prevented delivery, I ordered at 8.18 on the 12th and they informed me at 5.15 that they couldn’t deliver, I then requested that they cancel because the day was very significant and personal, they ignored all that and sent the day after offering a refund of the delivery charge only, this seems to be a pattern with this company, claim same day delivery, fail, then offer delivery charge as compensation , avoid , avoid, avoid!!! Never experienced service like it!

Ordered flowers for same day delivery for a special occasion, could’ve got cheaper elsewhere but needed same day delivery paid £7.99 for this, hadn’t heard from recipient so emailed florist at 6pm to be told they were not getting delivered until next day! So when exactly were they going to let me know this!! Then had to ask for a refund for delivery as next day delivery is free!! No offer to refund this before I requested it! Be careful when ordering from them as they ruined what should’ve been a lovely surprise on a special day and now it looks like an after thought!

Terrible. It was important that they arrived on the day delivery was supposed to be due - they didn't and didn't even tell me that they would be the following day until I chased them.
When they did arrive, they were very nice but all of the flowers were open and began dropping as soon as they came out of the bag. Considering the cost, I am VERY disappointed.

Ordered £50 bouquet for daughters 21st to be delivered to her work place. Did not get delivered on the day specified. I messaged Busy Bees. No reply. Disgusting service. Will not use them again!!! The flowers are dying after 4 days!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!
