My elderly relatives found the owner to be very unhelpful and rood, and when he was asked for a receipt for the work he said get it on line. Bit difficult when you don't have a computer or smart phone. The lads doing the work are very helpful.

Delivered my Gas order the next day at 8.45am. I can’t fault this company. Many thanks.

I work at a company that has been with Bywaters for a couple of years now and all I can say is It is the worst company for waste removal!!!
They never come on time to pickup rubbish, all the neighbouring companies on the estate are complaining to us about the stench, they also lock you in for a 6 MONTHS year after your contract runs out which is a very dishonest way of doing business but obviously they need to do that as they wouldn't have any clients otherwise with such service!!!

The business development manager, Chyrelle, is exceptionally helpful, always replies promptly and politely. A breath of fresh air in customer service!

We've had great account managers since starting to use Bywaters a few years back Kate and now our current account manager Anett is very helpful and quick at responding. Bywaters have also helped us increase our recycling rate to a consistent rate of 78%

We have used Bywaters for our commercial waste, I've found them to be very professional and responsive when required. My account manager Anett Szebenyi is amazing, listened to what I wanted to install and the buildings waste management to the next level, always available and proactive.

Overall a great service provided with knowledgeable and helpful contract managers that care about operations on site and client needs. Monthly visits are proactive and actioned within reasonable timeframes. Collections are on time and any delays are promptly investigated and communicated.

Unfortunately i can't give this company 0 stars as if I could I certainly would.

They are the worst waste company i have ever used, trying to resolve any issues or get bins replaced is a nightmare , customer service are all completely useless and we have waited weeks for bins that were ordered well in advance of our new premises......i can't be bothered to even waste any more of my time writing this review, terrible company, terrible customer services, incompetent in every way !
