Bywaters レビュー

Atrocious service and some very questionable attitudes

We've been using the Bywaters team for a couple of years and can honestly say that our account manager Sam Dinnadge and the rest of the back of house team are unsung hero's who are always there for you and do exactly what they say they are going to do! I would highly recommend them...

I have worked with Bywaters for the last 7 months and I have found them to be reliable, trustworthy and very professional. They have a great team and will endeavour to resolve any issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good support from a key waste subcontractor who works alongside the Main Contractor to achieve a collaborative outcome, delivery a top service to a World Class Venue.

A very reputable company with its priorities in the right places. One couldn't ask for much more.

Great to work with and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Bywaters are a trusted service partner who have really helped us achieve our recycling targets, since taking over the waste management contract

Having worked with Bywaters for over 12 years I can only say positive things about them.
They are helpful, professional have a great support network and will offer solutions to any waste related issue, I have never found a waste related issue that we have not been able to resolve in a professional manner.

The service we get from Bywaters is great. The Contract support we receive is exemplary. All issues are dealt with swiftly making both us and our clients very happy. Keep up the good work

The team at Bywaters are very responsive and never fail to provide a resolution to a problem. They invest in their staff, providing all the necessary training and encouraging the one-team ethos. As a company they are working hard to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and that radiates through the team onsite.

Great customer service, with a great onsite team!

Not only is Bywaters an excellent company to work with on waste collection but what they bring to the table on sustainability is second to none.

Have used across multiply sites, great customer services and support from the Events Team

Scott, Jack and the rest of the team have been amazing !! All of their hard work was reflected in the final results last year !! Well done guys keep up the great work !!

The team are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile and the recycling results they are achieving are fantastic. Bywaters also seem to genuinely care about wider sustainability issues outside of their immediate industry.

I have work with Bywaters for nearly 2 years and we have together always ben looking at new ways to improve the waste management from my events and the ability to recycle as much as possible. from Christmas trees shredding to donations of ice hockey equipment.

Customer service and innovation is impectible!
