I always use Hotels.com for all my hotel bookings. The booking and cancellation processes are super straightforward and hassle-free, whether I’m traveling domestically or internationally. I love that most rooms offer free cancellation until right before the stay, which makes planning my trips so much easier.

The hotel wasn’t too bad, the rooms are small, but for a night not bad. The bathroom could use a good cleaning. We didn’t get any sleep, there were people running up and down the hallway banging no doors all night, it wasn’t kids because we didn’t get back to the hotel until 1am. When we talked to the people at the front desk to ask about a discount or something for the disturbances all night they said they couldn’t do anything for us.

Room was fabulous and close to the train station as described and requested for hotel in Montreal.

I was trying to book a hotel close to the wedding I was attending. However, for some reason even though I live in Canada, and was booking in Canada the app settings default was in American Currency. Upon check out since I do not have a ZIP CODE, it would not let me book. After a google search and about an hour of trying to figure out what was going on. I was able to change the settings to Canadian. However, I did not realize that it changed my location to an HOUR AWAY. Basically the Non-Refundable Hotel I booked ended up being out of town, and it almost ruined the entire wedding and ceremony. It took something that should have been easy and straight forward, and defaulted to stupidity mode. Since it was non refundable, I ended up being stuck, and it cost a lot more across the board, and made a joyful celebration very stressful.

Always a good service. Easy to use and the information about the places to stay have been very accurate.

Easy access to the hotel and staff were very polite.

I found a perfect hotel, in the area I wanted, it was reasonably priced, included breakfast.

There was no booking done I paid for the booking the hotel didn’t receive any booking such a terrible experience

I made the mistake of booking a hotel based on Hotels.com’s photos, hotel rating, and reviews. I didn’t double check the reviews posted on Google before booking because I thought Hotels.com would be an accurate and trustworthy place to book through. I learned my lesson and will not be trusting Hotels.com for future bookings because despite the hotel’s recent and positive reviews on Hotels.com, arriving at the hotel the night of our stay showed us a completely different story. The hotel looked nothing like the photos. It was dingy and gross. There was dust everywhere and it looked dilapidated and old. After an hour, the hotel was so bad that we chose to cancel the rest of our stay and just go back home. Completely ruined our vacation. We tried to get some kind of compensation through Hotels.com for the stay, as we had only left our bags in the room to get something to eat and returned before leaving and never touched the bed or other items in the room, but Hotels.com wasn’t able to contact the property, so they couldn’t even get us a partial refund for the first night. Hotels.com was also not able to guarantee that we’d get a refund for the second and third night, despite us tracking down the hotel manager and having him speak to the Hotels.com representative over the phone with us (we did end up getting refunded for the second and third night, but had to leave without it guaranteed to us). Overall, I’ve learned to use another booking site, as this one is rampant with fake reviews and their customer service team did not help us get our refund, leaving us to argue with the hotel manager ourselves.

LOL so someone from Vrbo Customer Support replied to this review that they would be reaching out to find out what happened in my experience and then they deleted the reply and wrote a new reply saying thank you for the feedback and they’ll “consider” it going forward… so I think that describes exactly the kind of customer support you’ll receive from Hotels.com if there’s an issue with your stay. “We’ll help you until you actually need help, and then we’ll tell you that we won’t do anything and you need to figure it out with the hotel, meanwhile the hotel tells you that you need to figure it out with Hotels.com”. Don’t waste my time promising you’ll reach out and help and then take it back the moment it requires you to do your job.

Quiet room, clean room and bathroom. Pillows should be larger. Reception personnel were friendly and professional. Last time I stayed there was a discount for Denny’s but not this time? An oversight or that was discontinued? Good value for the price

Room with view was great, but there was no breakfast or parking free.
Hotels should specified that breakfast and parking is available but not free.
We got voucher for eating with 50 % off.
We called the number and they said that is located in there Wyndham hotel steak house.
We ordered meal to find out that was not the place for a discount.
We question reception why someone on the other side said that that was a place.
So We felt cheated by Hotels and representatives of voucher.
There was no breakfast for us and parking out of hotel was 55 dollars for night ,but in hotel was 75plus tax.
I will now calling certain hotel myself to be sure that parking and breakfast is free

Bookings are easy, always reserved when we arrive. We love the buy 10 get one free.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful would recommend this place for a nice quiet relaxing getaway
