The hotel was dirty room and the pool


The hotel was dirty room and the pool was disgusting. Breakfast was not good. Overall bad experience. Sad to pay that much for a night in such a low grade hotel.

Incorrect booking descriptions

The booking descriptions stated "book now and pay later", but when I booked my trip, the total amount was charged to my credit card. The information was incorrect!

The app works very well

The app works very well. Easy , convenient, fast.
It is difficult however to talk to someone if you have an issue. When you do find a person to speak with, they’ve always been very polite, courteous and helpful.

Surprised

The hotel wasn’t the Ritz, some mild on the bathroom tiles, but the bed was clean and comfortable
the breakfast was included and very good. Staff was very friendly
