Replacement part
My problem was looked at and a replacement burner base was sent out to me extremely quickly. Excellent customer service.

A swift response and good service the part was sent out to me straight away.
However I think the problem is going to be an ongoing one.
I purchased the Cadac Pro 3 in late April this year and have used it on three occasions. I am really pleased with its performance and it’s a great all rounder but one of the small heat resistant feet on the grill has split and had to be replaced already. There are four on each grill pan and eight in total, I hope this isn’t going to be a regular thing after such a short period of time. It would be a great you could look into the problem as they seem a little bit of a flimsy delicate item to me.

Great product currently have 3 cadac's all been used, cadac 50 purchased bag zip failed within a week contacted customer service no issues sent a replacement bag out great service from Carol follow up email asking if all sorted and received, once again 10/10 product and support
Outstanding customer service!
I had a problem with my Cadac BBQ and contacted customer service. I unfortunately couldn't provide proof of purchase as it was a gift so therefore they were under no obligation to help.... however they went above and beyond and sent me replacement parts free of charge!
Outstanding customer service rarely seen these days. Carol was so helpful and I would definitely recommend buying CADAC!

I recently emailed Cadac UK to enquire about ordering a spare part for the bbq. Toria emailed back to advise that they had scoured the warehouse, found the part i needed and would post to me FOC.

Brilliant to deal with.
We had some defective parts which Cadac arranged to collect (after sending photos and other information) within 24 hours. The new replacement parts were sent out straight away. Absolutely fantastic service!

Cadac grillo, didn’t work ,out of box, gas valve not opening, contacted warranty, very helpful lady called Carol, sent out part and I received next day, have checked BBQ, and now works as should, very happy with warranty service

Quality product. Just taken delivery of our Safari Chef 30 and it’s clear to see why this brand gets the top reviews. I have to admit to being a bit of a BBQ nerd and have owned too many but very pleased with this purchase. 👍
Bought a carry chef 2 and after only…
Bought a carry chef 2 and after only using it once as it was late on in the summer/autumn we decided to pack away until the following year which we did and put away clean and tidy. Come to try using it this year and it won't work as for some reason there is no gas coming through to fire it up. Not impressed at all as its not like its even remotely dirty in any way.
Took it back to where I purchased it (a well known camping shop) and they had no interest as the guarantee has expired by a few weeks.
Not impressed with this product at all as it has failed foe us at the start line.

I love our Cadac. Just ordered a cover and a silicone bowl to soak the tops as they won't fit into my sink. Very speedy delivery and as always really top quality products.
Cadac 2 Pro Barbeque. Great product and fantastic after sales…
Great product and fantastic after sales service. I bought a Cadac 2 Pro barbeque, well made and the perfect size for me. I also needed a regulator to connect it to my 13 Kg gas bottle. Unfortunately the recommended and supplied regulator did not fit my bottle. I emailed Cadac and explained the problem - they got in touch quickly and sent me a bespoke regulator that does the job. Thanks Cadac for your superb customer service.
