Quality service. Had a plastic collar on my Cadak safari…
Had a plastic collar melt on my Cadak safari chef 2 BBQ. It was only 4 years old and I thought that it would be a non-serviceable part and would have to buy a new BBQ!
I emailed CADAC UK customer services , they knew what the problem was and sent out a spare part free of charge. All within 5 days which is very good service.

Brilliant response when I contacted Cadac customer services after the glass heat ring broke on my Cadac Brae 40 BBQ. A replacement item was dispatched immediately at no cost. Fantastic product, I am so pleased with it and first class customer support and service under guarantee. Thank you again.

I bought a carri chef from cadac recycled. When it was opened there were parts missing but Allison from the warranty support team was fantastic. She got the missing parts sent out extremely quickly and solved the problem.

Cadac gas leak
The service response and communication from Cadac has been excellent we’re very happy with the outcome.
One very small issue is the item was perched from Camping International this company was emailed twice at the beginning and we never did receive any response.
I would say if they’re a nominated supplier then they should respond in some way even to say you need to contact Cadac directly.

Fantastic customer service
Our pot stand broke within the guarantee period, emailed a photograph to Cadac on Sunday, new part was posted out to us on Monday. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Allison in the Warranty Support Team. Thank you Cadac 👍

Faulty Cadac Trio Power Pak
I had an issue with two faulty gas canister ports on the Cadac Trio Power Pak (Model 370) and the service received from the Warranty Team was excellent.
I used their contact form on the website and they responded within the hour. The issue was resolved within 4 hours and a replacement is being sent today.
Fantastic customer service.

I’d been searching for a replacement grill for my bbq for sometime with no joy. I contacted cadac uk and Allison from customer services got back to me the next day. She supplied me with an invoice for the part I was looking for and it was delivered 2 days later. Amazing assistance, quality part and fast delivery. Thanks Allison and cadac for your help. Thumbs up!

DONT TRUST A COMPANY WHO IGNORES YOU!
I give this company a 1 star for their terrible customer service when something goes wrong.
We all know and understand that on occasions things do go wrong, the reflection on a company and how good it is will what they do the the problem to take ownership and resolving it.
When we contacted them with a problem they were not interested. A new purchase of a grill which came with a cover, the first use revealed a poor seam on this causing it to split open. One would think that a simple apology and a replacement of the offending product, which would probably be minimal cost at trade price, no they made a big deal about it, wanted to see pictures, TWICE, we sent them and they "did not get them" despite the massage being shown as "delivered" so we sent a second set and had no reply, six more messages generated no reply, we gave up as the time and effort was just not worth it.
I guess by not replying they win since we never got a replacement, that however is very short sighted as now we have posted a negative review and will NEVER buy from them again, not only that but we make an active point of tell people how bad the service was, not only on our Vlog but person to person.
Any company that would risk loss of customers by treating brand loyalty this way deserves bad reviews and to lose customers as a result.

Had a problem with cadac safari - after contacting the company they sent a courier to collect it. Within 48 hours contacted me again to say a new base unit would be despatched which I have now received.
Excellent after sales service from a professional company !!

Having used my Citi Chef 50 throughout…
Having used my Citi Chef 50 throughout the summer I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I have made. So simple to use, it’s large grill easily copes when we have family get togethers and it’s really easy to clean. We also purchased a Pizza Stone and a Paella Pan as the cooking surface can easily be changed unceasing it’s practicality. Wouldn’t be without it 5 stars 👏🏻👍🏻

We purchased a Cadac and when we opened it the lid was slightly damaged, so we contacted Cadac and they dispatched a new lid instantly, which I thought was amazing service. Thank you Allison at Cadac.

Cool Carri Chef
We have a Carri Chef BBQ and we took it on a family camping holiday for the first time this year. There was a large group( 20) of us and we used it to prepare Breakfasts ( sausage, fried and poached eggs, bacon, beans etc) and Evening meals( pizza, fajitas, & traditional bbq food). All cooked really well and there was enough space on the bbq for everyone. We have used it many times over the year and can honestly say it's been well worth the purchase. Fully recommend.
