Ordered a couple of "linen" tops. They took an age to arrive, and when they did are clearly not linen. Then impossible to get hold of any customer service to pursue a refund. Absolutely breaching consumer services and just a total scam of a company.

The shirts were supposed to be linen. They were the most static, flammable material you could imagine. No refund.

Complete scam. Do not buy from here.

This is a scam company. Goods are from
China, poor quality and fit poorly. No reply to email to return goods. Avoid.

OH HOW I WISH WISH WISH I’D READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST! I placed an order 7 weeks ago which I’ve never received! Like everyone else here, I believed this was a UK company with a fun product of decent quality! I am now having to fight through my credit card company to get my money back! If you try to go on their website it says that the website is undergoing issues on Cloudfare???! I think this is a mean spirited scam that will totally devastate the bonafide small businesses out there! I will NEVER order direct again! If it’s not on EBay/Etsy/Amazon or one of the recognisable outlets DON’T GO THERE! And certainly don’t purchase anything that pops up on any Social Media platform! CALVRALONDON … shame on you!

The material is not linen but 100% synthetic. I waited a long time for it to arrive. Having read other reviews about the difficulty of getting a refund, I'll think I keep it. Maybe make a cushion cover from it. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson on not ordering from dodgy websites.

very disappointed with communication and quality if the clothes cheap and arrived creased and unable to get out with the iron would need to get an industrial cleaner.

False advertising. Product shown in picture online is very different to that finally received. Dreadful quality. Return costs are higher than cost of item - which was not cheap! Company should be banned from trading.

Cheap fabric. Product described on website as linen, but 💯 polyester.
When I tried to email to complain I got an error message.
A company using London in its name seemed trustworthy.
Would not buy from social media sellers again.

Ordered a blouse from this company it’s nothing like what I ordered! Having problems to return the item!

You get shown pictures from a London shop believe it’s coming from there, but it’s coming from China! SCAM ! SCAM! Don’t buy from them !!!

Nothing arrived. This company website now seems to be gone so no way to contact them
which means no more can they scam us. The tracking link is also down but i guess nothing was coming anyway.
if you see the item you liked elsewhere online they may operate under a new name so beware. it’s a shame because they ‘appeared’ to sell
some lovely items.

i paid using online debit card but my bank was great today and issued an immediate refund no quibble. so if you lost money it might be worth contacting your bank even if debit card

Took ages to arrive. Came from China - not London. 'Linen' blouses are horrible cheap Nylon. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

I ordered a Melinda blouse thinking it was linen and it was a viscose material and much too big. The material was so poor - absolutely awful. I have sent it back to China as this was the address I was given. It cost £16.05 and the blouse was £37.50. I have proof of postage but wonder when I will receive a refund if ever. The item too took so long to arrive.

‘MELINDA | ELEGANT LINEN SUMMER BLOUSE’ & marketed as linen. The item I received is polyester. This is misrepresentation & a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The garment arrived with no fibre composition label whatsoever, in direct breach of the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012. 'Calvra London' is using 'London' branding to falsely imply a legitimate UK business presence whilst allegedly operating entirely from China and collecting payments in pounds sterling from UK consumers. This constitutes a misleading commercial practice in breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. When I complained, they offered 10% then 60% - both rejected as having no basis in law. I am reporting this to Trading Standards, the ASA and Report Fraud.

No genuine refund policy
Charges to post to China and still continual excuses for not issuing a refund.

Reason for return was poor quality items.

Would not recommend this business.

The item I ordered was described as a linen blouse. It is not linen. It is some unpleasant cheap material. The fit is quite skimpy. I'm going to try to get a refund and will update this review if I do, but I wouldn't go anywhere near this company again.

I am still waiting for the delivery and said I needed it by a specific date. I should have read the reviews but stupidly I didn’t. Having read the reviews, I am concerned now about the quality. If I am not happy, I will request a refund.

This company use false advertising, extremely misleading. Ordered what was advertised as an elegant linen summer blouse and it was shipped from their distribution centre in Cannock, made in China - a very cheap nylon material. Only got 50% of my money back after several communications and refusing to return it to China. Their website implies they are London based !

Do not order from this company.
Shocking quality, looks and is described as cotton and yet the 2 shirts I ordered look like something a clown would wear. All synthetic with garish colours

I stupidly did not check this company out before ordering two items. Silly me. They eventually arrived, nothing like the pictures, cheap polynylon material. Want to send them back but from various review I guess I have to put it down to my stupidity of not checking them out before ordering. Never again.
