My two throws from Camden and Co are just gorgeous. They are really soft and complete my living room perfectly. I am now browsing the website again to look for matching cushions.

I ordered a set of cushion covers from here and accidentally put an old shipping address into the delivery info section when I was paying.I contacted Camden and Co and spoke with Louise, who sorted this out for me really quickly. The covers arrived a few days later and I'm so happy with them.

I'm so happy with my set of cushions, I ordered a set of 4 of the Zara cushions and the quality is great.

Been a week no delivery and no updates despite contacting. Still showing no movement on Evri.

I ordered 3 cushions. 2 have arrived but the third was not delivered. I have repeatedly contacted the company to return and refund the 2 cushions and an update on where the 3rd is!! The company has ignored all emails so far. Extremely unprofessional. Do not bother ordering from them

I recently ordered a diffuser from (Camden and Co), and while there was an initial delay in delivery, their response was outstanding. They quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent via express delivery at no extra cost, and it arrived much sooner than I expected!

What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They consistently followed up via email to ensure I was happy with the product. The diffuser is fantastic, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend (Camden and Co) for their excellent service!

I recently ordered a coffee table book. The item is excellent quality, and I was very happy with it.
The delivery time was quick and efficient. Everything ,from the moment I ordered, was communicated clearly. I will definitely be purchasing from this website again.

I ordered a number of cushions which are good quality unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery which was rectified by the customer service department and they gave me an extra cushion due to the late delivery, first class service.
I wouldn't hesitate in ordering again from Camden & Co

I had a really great experience with Camden & Co - I had to make some changes to my order having accidently ordered the wrong thing to the wrong address - and Kelly couldn't have been more helpful! My items then went missing and they communicated with me every day till they'd been resent with a new tracking code, even sending me a extra gift for the inconvenience - which was the couriers fault! They really went above and beyond, not to mention my items are lovely, (inc my little gift) would absolutely recommend to anyone needing some new things for their home!

An initial delay which was the fault of evri I now have all of the items and they are beautiful. Customer service did lots to help me track my package and even offered a discount code for future purchases as a good will due to the delay.

The candles were as advertised and they were delivered in the timescale stated. Good quality and I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Ok, but pillows a lot flatter than expected

Lovely products, fast delivery, beautiful packaging and reasonable pricing. What's not to love.

Camden have advised they replied and I have taken them at their word and therefore I am editing this review. However they have taken £18 restocking charge from my payment which does not appear anywhere in their returns policy and does not meet with distance selling regulations. I feel this is unacceptable as the goods were not to the standard as advertised on their website. I paid the £10 return fee but by selecting Camden & Co as my supplier I have lost £28 and as a single mum this is shocking to do this so close to Christmas. I will be pursuing this as it is not stated in their terms and conditions.

Nice quality

Very happy with my purchase. I ordered 4 Chloe cushions and they’re beautiful, excellent quality and I would definitely recommend.
