I have not received the item yet, and it is taking forever. The jacket was needed as soon as possible and it will probably arrive too late to be useful as needed.

I never got my order

Really nice looking shoes! My son seems to really like them. Ordering process was great. I was a little concerned about timing and they got here in time for our trip to the lake.

The shipping process took forever, Im still not receiving the merchandise. I was kind of upset when I realized that instead of American Company it's a Chinese Enterprise. Im not sure about the quality of the product. Im still waiting for my backpack, its been two weeks for now.

Con el paso del tiempo elaboran cigarros de baja calidad a unos precios abusivos.
Aunque no són los únicos. El tabaco en España es de lo más malo y nocivo que he conocido durante muchos años.

They mailed my package to the wrong address and said it was my fault. The address they sent it to was one that i had over 8 years ago! I use Shop for all my payments and nowhere in it does it have the billing address they sent it to. Frankly i dont know how they got that address. The order is handled, fulfilled and sent by a chinese company. Their systems must be messed up. I am out over $160!!! To say i am pissed is an understatement. DO NOT BUY from Camel Outdoors.

We haven’t used our jackets yet. They look and feel great. But have tried them in cold or rain yet.

Excellent service and product.
