The RV was clean

We found it very difficult to enter and exit the RV. We also found the bed difficult to get in and out off. Once we got into bed, we found it comfortable.

We felt we should have been given a bit of refund on our mileage since we had to change our plans due to the wildfires in BC. Instead of traveling approximately 4,600 km we went about 1,00 km.
We found the RV was comfortable to ride in.

The communication was quick and very efficient , via email .In person the personnel was very helpful , courteous and knowlageble . Ludivine even address us in french 👍

Second time renting with Canadream and second time that we are extremely happy. From the car to the service, everything is fantastic. Especially I would like to highlight the customer service.

This time we had a small defect in the car that had to be repaired while we were on the go. The customer service was always super helpful in trying to find where we could repair it, everything via email while we were driving, which facilitated this process (which otherwise would have been very complicated without constant mobile network).

Thanks a lot to all the Canadream service for your constant support and prompt response every time we rent with you.

It was great! but the water pump was not working 100% (keep leaking 🥹)

As a first time RV user I was excited but nervous to take on this trip with my family. Canadream has everything geared around people in my like, good resources and RV setup making it as straightforward as possible.

Precise at every stage. The experience with Canadream was excellent from the moment of booking, as it was handled by a representative (the online booking form itself didn't seem flawless). I don't understand the policy of excluding linens and cookware from the rental price, especially since people don't typically travel with their own plates and bedsheets. The staff were friendly and punctual. The camper was clean, in good condition, and showed no significant signs of wear. I encountered a minor issue with the electrical outlets; had I contacted them via email, they would have explained how to fix it. Unfortunately, they lack documentation and instructional videos in Italian. Nowadays, with AI, it would be easy to create versions of these videos in other languages.

Precisi in ogni passaggio. L'esperienza con Canadream è stata ottima sin dalla prenotazione perchè gestita attraverso operatore. (Il form di prenotazione non mi ha dato impressione di essere impeccabile). La politica che biancheria e pentole non siano incluse nel costo del noleggio non la comprendo anche perchè non penso che le persone viaggino con piatti e lenzuola a seguito. Il personale è stato cordiale e puntuale. Il camper era in buone condizioni e pulito e non presentava particolari segni di usura. Ho avuto un problemino con le prese elettriche che però se avessi interloquito con loro attraverso email mi avrebbero istruito come risolverlo. Purtroppo non hanno dcumentazione e video dimostrativi in italiano. Oggi con la Ai basterebbe poco a fare delle versioni dei video in altre lingue.

Staff was welcoming. Nice offices.
No bad surprises on the return date.
We had 2 perfects trips in their RV’s!
Will do it again next year for sure 😄

Like a lot of other people we were unhappy about the blocked awning. We were given no information about the fact that the awning is not usable.
When we were visiting there was a fire ban, but sadly noone informed us about this fact. We just realized it after buyiung charcoal. Of course we could have known, but we were too busy...
Without a lot of sun the battery for example the fridge only works about one and a half day. A little short.
We did our trip with 4 people in a motorhome for max. 6 people. The coffee machine was so small, we only got like 5 small cups, we had to buy a new one.
Apart of these small complaints we were satisfied and we consider other trips with CanaDream.

Overall good.

However hidden fees too many and not cheap

Best staff, very friendly and provided the entire information about the RV and its controls. The RV was really nice and everything worked perfectly fine. I would recommend to provide more blankets since we were cold in the nights.

We have given this review a 2 star rating as on the positive side, the staff was pleasant and the RV was clean and easy to drive.
However, be prepared to pay for MANY EXTRAS, some of which are hidden in the small print:
1. Why do people have to pay extra for pots and pans, these should be supplied as standard
2. A coffee machine, this should be standard as is basic equipment
3. A face- to face demo, this is useful to have in addition to the videos, when as in our case you have never driven an RV before, this was $70
4. Very high fine if you return the vehicle late: i.e if doing so unarranged this will cost you $150 for the first hour alone, if previously arranged that will cost about $75 per hour
5. A fine if you return the RV with less petrol than it had in the tank at pick-up. This will be on top of the petrol which you obviously have to pay for
6. We were dismayed to hear that we were fined for driving too many kilometres. We had to pay over a $100 as we had exceeded our four day allowance of 400 kilometres. Isn’t that what you are meant to do in an RV? Canada is a huge country, obviously people will do a lot of driving to see the sights.

RV was comfortable, clean and as advertised. Handover of RV was great with clear instructions.

Extremely pleased all the way around

It begins with the online incheck. It's easy to do and you now exactly how late you can pick-up the motorhome and what you can aspect. The incheck at the office was good en friendly. The check-up off the motorhome was exactly, all the damage was noticed. This also by the return of the motorhome. Friendly staff. Overall al great experience with Canadream locations Calgary en Toronto.

The service at the Canadream location in Calgary was perfect, on Time and the véhicule was like New.

Everything really fine. Great Service, compent agents, we had an almost new RV.

Very good staff, helpful and flexibility to bring back the vehicule. The vehicule was in good shape except the air conditioning system that didn't work and the screen for the slide door on the side missing.

Great camper, ok Equipment, all technical details awailable ( Gas, current, Battery, Switch w/o Problems . Clean enough. Return easy.
