Tout d’abord l’accueil très bien ainsi que l’explication du VR , le VR était très propre et sentait très bon , les équipements demandés étais tous présents et en bonne condition, le seul bémol est la toile à installer sur le pare brise et fenêtres arrière pour la noirceur ne tenait à peu prêt pas à tout les soir nous avons dû mettre de l’énergie à faire tenir le tout car les velcros était pas assez grand mais ceci est un détail. Ce fut une expérience très agréable et nous allons recommencer ces sur

Kanada im Campervan ist einfach schön. Die Übergabe bei CanaDream war professionell und freundlich. Wir werden persönlich jedoch das nächste Mal darauf achten, dass wir genau den Camper bekommen, den wir uns vorstellen und der zu uns passt.

First experience renting a camper, very positive, the vehicle was clean and tidy and the staff was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Reliable at least
The RV had 80000 km on the clock and appeared „used“ - not to say shabby at some minor points
Faucet in the sink was leaking, coffeemaker not working
Bed very comfy, big fridge
The Ford E350 chassis is not an up to date vehicle- loud at Highway Speed, unprecise steering and not appropriate fuel consumption (27 ltr/100)
But it did not let us down

As a first time RV user, this was super easy and straightforward. Highly recommend the Kitchen and Linen Kit if you want even less of a hassle. The instructions can be a bit overwhelming but once you spend some time with the RV (watch their videos!) its easy to pickup. Oh and even if you have done the online check-in expect another hour for the actual inspection/loading and eventual setoff

The check-in and return were so easy. This is great. Very knowledgeable staff, very polite and helpful. Be aware that the staff is taking limited time when checking in, watch the videos a few times ahead of time.

Alles hat bestens geklappt und auch das Fahrzeug wahr sehr gut und bequem. Ford f350 heavy duty.
ausser die Frontscheibe hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber das war nicht schlimm. Nur bei tief stehendere Sonne etwas schlechtere Sicht. Geputzt und gut war :-)
Würde es sofort wieder Mieten.

Very good service from the team from start to finish

Wij huurden voor 11 dagen een camper om te toeren in de Rocky Mountains. Zijn netjes door jullie geholpen. De info aan de start was snel en summier...en teveel om te onthouden. Gelukkig konden we op papier nog eea nalezen.
Jammer dat je nogmaals bevraagd word op extra verzekering terwijl daar aan de voorkant al afspraken over zijn gemaakt. Net als schoonmaakkosten, gebruik van generator etc. Verder was de camper heerlijk groot, schoon en ruim. Ik miste alleen een prullenbakje in de inventaris. Ook waren er geen opstaande rekjes in de koelkast waardoor er een x een doos eieren naar beneden viel.
Bij inleveren liep de check heel gestroomlijnd en konden we snel het pand verlaten.

Very easy company to deal with , hassle free

The camper was really big for the two of us. It matched our expectations 100%.
Not a single problem with it, everything worked as it should be. Riding it was a real joy

Had a "Saver 4", got a very roomy MHB with 3 slideouts.
Despite the RV being rather "old" with almost 3 years and almost 60000km on the odometer, everything(!) in the RV was working, and for the age it was in good condition (new tires, recent oil change etc).
Of course a newer RV would have been nice, but then you pay for Saver 4 a little less then for the smallest MHC, so still good value for the money.
Calgary station was nice, wonderful lady explaining all the details and checking and handing over the RV. Only downside: despite a scheduled appointment we had to wait almost 1 hour until we were shown our RV.

Every thing working as promised

Great experience friendly and helpful throughout.
Check in was straightforward and helpful explanation of the vehicle. Everything was in order as booked and on return the process was smooth. Would recommend.

The van was modern and easy to drive. The booklet of information was helpful.the van was clean on collection. It would have been useful to have more than 2 of everything- we had to wash up dishes before our desert. Maybe something that secured glasses/ cups - they moved around however carefully they were stored. I think the generator should be included especially when it is not often possible to get sites with hook up and however much sun we had, and it was a lot, the secondary battery was never sufficiently charged so had to use generator to stop it alarming. Some odd designs on van like a seat with a cupboard above it. Why couldn’t the back window curtains be identical - was annoying that they only fitted one way. Could you place larger pieces of Velcro on the front windscreen to stop it from falling down. Only little things but rather annoying. A fold up washing up bowl would be a useful addition since none of the camp sinks had plugs.

Great service in the store, easy booking, awesome RV's.
