Have just received a text from CapResolve requesting I contact them regarding a Vodafone account.
A) I'm not with Vodafone
B) Addressed to the wrong person
Have reported as spam / scam and blocked number. Suggest you do the same.

Fully paid up with days of last invoice being issued. Automated call phishing expedition. Don't waste any of your time. Hang up.

Lost my payment , and couldn’t be bothered chasing up where it went , so I had to pay the client myself , awful service from start to finish

Please don’t use this company . They are not straight forward. Very lazy in investing the case.
Close the case to their favours.

If I have ample of time I might have taken them to court but as I don’t have time I left it. But I’ll not leave this as I have 6 months of time

Someone should teach them a lesson .

Dreadful company with no professionalism.

They sent a threatening letter toa vulnerable adult saying that a sum of over £100 was owed. When i pointed out this was incorrect - as they had a prepayment meter and, therefore, couldn't have accrued such a debt, they slammed the phone on me.

They are typical bailiffs, just a bunch of incompetent, ignorant, bullies.

Shame you cannot give 0 stars. Constantly harassed by this company saying I owe the DVLA. Phoned DVLA who advised that I did not owe them any money. Phoned Capial and advised them of the same. They said that they were acting for DVLA. I advised that they were fraudulently trying to obtain money. She said she would put the amount on hold and get in touch with DVLA. Total scammers. Needless to say I will not be paying them

capital resolve falsly claimed that I owed payment to sky tv, I sent evidence by email for them to check Royal Mail tracking of 3 letters I sent to sky tv, legally cancelling by account with sky, just like sky they never bothered to check to see if I was telling the truth, but they never sent any letters to the address I was supposed to be at, just phone calls wanting to know an address, and wanting payment for a false bill, as I said earlier they were sent evidence by email, also by recorded and registered letters to sky, evidence was ignored by both parties.

Professional company who gave me and ear to listen to me when SSE refused to listen to me and they returned the case to SSE.

They never sided with the company that instructed them when they saw my Evidence.

Despite their clearly shady involvement with a lot of scams as per the other reviews, Sainsbury's bank do actually use this company which is shocking in itself and another story entirely. Settled my balance despite the worry brought in by literally every other review here and now I've had no acknowledgement of my payment and no one will answer my calls or messages to get a receipt. Absolute shambles of a company and shame on anyone who uses them

These people have been harassing myself and my wife for the past week, claiming we owe SSE £1000. When we called SSE they said that they are not involved with this company in any form. They are scammers, please don’t pay them and contact the company they claim to represent. Stay safe.

I keep getting phone calls and when answered, it is a recorded message, for someone that does not exist and never has on my phone number.

They falsely claim I owe money to SSE at a previous address, which is not true, since I used only a prepaid meter. They keep harrassing you, although I asked them to provide a goddam shred of evidence I owe them something!! Suns of focking beaches

Trying To Contact Them For Past 4weeks due to some virgin media outstanding bill for services never been used by my emailed and called no answer only very very long waiting time. I owe nothing to virgin media so you fraud companies take this to court happily

it seems to CAPITAL RESOLVE people have effected by COVID-19 so badly if so , there should be an alternative way people can reach you.

Usually if people have passed away in current business , a new business owner should update their contact details to continue to do the business .

Don’t pay them! They are scammers!!!! They kept sending me loads and loads of texts (never received any calls or letters or emails, NEVER) saying that I owe to water Thames 438£, when I called water Thames directly they say that an account under my name doesn’t even exist and it never did (as they have all the records of the past few years registered). They contacted the police for me and report the fraud but they don’t stop sending this fake texts. If you try to call them they don’t respond. (I called 4 times per day and I stay c’è on the line for minimum 20 minutes each call)

Please do not pay this company as they are scammers. I’ve reported them to the police fraud department. Before I was moved from spark energy to SSE I made sure that there was no debts which Spark energy confirm there was none at all. If you try calling them they will not answer.

OK got a bill for a stupidly large amount of money the letter was not addressed to me or any name in particular only the allied insurance consultant strange thing is I got this letter after the post man came about 4 hours after he came thing is never heard of them till now and they are no longer operating so yeah sounds like a stupid scam if I have ever heard one

Had an email claiming I owe British Gas money. I don’t even have an account with British Gas. Scam

Only giving these 1 star due to not able to put 0 stars luckly they have my number not my mothers who has frontal lobe dementia. I keep getting texts about her owing ssc money which she don't as she is in a home now please just call the company they say you owe money to and confirm it with them someone needs to do something about this company. Like many i have blocked the numbers so many times and they use another one. Getting sick of this now!!!!!! I will be looking at sueing them soon for stress my mother is slowly dieing I don't need stress of this on top of that bit of compasion wouldn't go a miss.
