A prompt delivery battery was well packed and arrived undamaged. its fitted and working fine l liked that as soon as l put in my registration it game up with the exact battery l needed, on put my registration on other sites they came up with a multi number of batteries so l started to need to check sizes which was not there. I was pleased with the price compared to other companies. I would use this company again and fully recommend to to others. Thank you for an excellent service.

Possibly one of the worst customer experiences! Lost my battery in delivery, wouldn’t rectify mistake without me reordering and going through the cycle again, offered no compensation for near two weeks without a car or provide express delivery to expedite. Be warned, their service level and customer commitment is dreadful!

Up to date delivery information. Due to the weather, both snow and gale force winds roads were impassable for several days. So information acts where the battery was became important.
The price of the battery was reasonable and the website made thevourchase easy.

Excellent service fast delivery

I needed battery fast, I paid the extra and it turned up on time nicely packed in polystyrene sheets (not bits) fitted perfectly and has worked beautifully. Can’t fault it. I went for name brand which cost a little more but there was a couple of cheaper alternatives

My old battery gave up the ghost and I needed a new battery to deal with city driving and short journeys. I did my homework and having scoured the internet, I located and ordered a new battery (Bosch)on-line, from CBM which was £30 cheaper than anywhere else in the country, and this included delivery. Fantastic.

A small personal problem meant I needed the battery asap if not sooner, so I phoned CBM and spoke to Tina for a possible delivery date and she was fantastic and without making any promise about a delivery date (it was Christmas - New Year weekend) she assured me that she would see what could be done.

Thank you Tina, the battery arrived next day, was extremely well packed against damage and after a charging, it was ready to go to work.
