Ordered both new batteries for a 2015 Jaguar XF. Arrived next day despite being on standard 2-3 day delivery. Good price and car is much improved now the garage has fitted them.

Prompt processing & dispatch with the Battery arriving promptly the next morning which is obviously just what you need when your car Battery suddenly decides to quit on you. Was easily able to identify & order an exact like for like replacement. Excellent.

Arrived earlier than expected. Great. Spotted it by front door. Alas was never notified it had been delivered !

Good price, great service, prompt delivery even though I ordered the wrong battery they helped me sort it out. Returned the original then ordered the right one. First class. !

Made an order paid and waited 4 days never delivered or no response, then received a mail been cancelled.

Great battery and I copied a previous 3star review as it was exactly what happened to me I got delivery partial refund,

ordered the battery and I got a confirmation email of the purchase and then another from DPD that they were waiting for it
Then silence
Day 2 there was no battery and no update from DPD, so I called Car Battery Market customer service, but as they were "busy" it went through to voicemail. So I left a message and asked them to call me. Just to be sure, I emailed their customer service, and got an automated reply they were "very busy" and would try to get back within 48 hrs
Day 3 no battery and no contact from customer service, so I repeated my day 2 actions.
Battery suddenly turned up via DPD at the end of day 3, and it was fine
But day 4 (and presumably forever) no contact back from customer service. They don't exist!
So their "customer service" is zero, nil, abysmal. Strange company to have decent products but nobody to look after customers, and no way to get hold of them. As a result, would not use them again which is a sham

Battery arrived fairly quickly, and as described was easy to fit. I would use again

Review a battery ?

The battery failed within 6 weeks of installation. Contacted customer services who asked me to remove the battery, pay £20 and send it back for testing or take it to Halfords or Kwikfit and pay for testing to get it tested. This is ridiculous. I have AA breakdown report which advised me the battery is faulty and the company is refusing to accept this. Bunch of incompetent people. How do they expect me to drive the vehicle if I take the battery off and send it? Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy unless you are happy to adhere to their incompatible demands to keep your warranty. I have purchased from many suppliers over the years and this is the worst I have ever come across. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Avoid.
